The Loeffler Team is the best experience we’ve had in real estate, no question. Eddie, Pete and Lisa were so knowledgeable, had smart recommendations, and very personable and friendly. The only down side of the whole experience was us not being able to meet them in person. We live 3300 miles away but that didn’t make any difference to the customer service we received. We were treated like we were their only clients, seriously, always very reachable and quick to reply to any question or concern. Eddie Ramirez was a superb agent for my wife and I in our recent home purchase. Eddie is a unique blend of down-​to-​earth but highly effective. He never applied pressure on us to make a purchase that wouldn’t fit our needs. He carefully screened properties, so that we were always looking at homes that were compatible with our stated goals. And when the time came to close the deal, Eddie had sage advice, his follow through was tremendous, and no detail slipped by him.
I have previously been dissatisfied with agents based on two flaws: too pushy or too passive. Eddie was a perfect balance, in that he didn’t push too hard, but he kept us aware of good properties hitting the market. And when it was time to get the deal done, he helped us to get our house even though we were not the highest bid!
Lastly, and most impressively, Eddie helped to prepare our home for us. He arranged for a safety gate that would enclose the swimming pool (small kids), found us a handyman for minor repairs, obtained a lower bid for termite work that saved us nearly $ 2,000, he found our pool service company, he recommended a house cleaner who is great, and I am probably forgetting something. When we eventually sell, Eddie Ramirez will be our agent!
