Over the last dozen years, I have met several real estate agents; some of them were relatives, friends and relatives of friends, but none could match the services and work ethics that David provided and demonstrated. When I purchased my first home, I had just been out of college for five years and been tight on budget. David understood my situation and helped me all he could so that I could own my first home. Three years ago he helped me close a short sale property for investment that closed escrow smoothly. In June 2012, he helped me with an offer for a 4-​unit investment property.
