Since writing my earlier review AA Customs has done a number of additional jobs at my house. I was pleased to learn that aside from top notch AV/​Home Automation work they also do electrical work. AA customs upgraded my panel from 100 amps to 200 amps. I had solicited bids from three other companies prior to finding out that AA Customs could do the work. AA Customs bid came in right where I wanted it to be. Knowing that their customer service was fantastic as well as the quality of work it was a no brainer to go with them for the job.
Later on we did a remodel at our house and the contractor had his own electrician that he uses. Part of the remodel required re-​wiring the master bedroom and bringing a new line to the panel. The electrician open up the panel – and instead of criticizing the previous electricians work (as contractor seem to always do – sales pitch I suppose) the electrician actually complimented AA Customs stating that the work was done perfectly and that they were very impressed. Not that I needed another’s validation, but I must say I felt good knowing what a great job AA Customs did.
I would use AA Customs for ANY electrical work. I highly recommend them.

Contacted AA Customs by phone and was told I’d get a text from them, with an email address to contact them. Didn’t happen.
Our company had a substantial amount of work to be done but I’ve since contacted another vendor.
Glad AA Customs showed me what I could expect from them early, instead of after possibly hiring them. Dodged this bullet.

I called for an estimate and he stated he’d be by in an hour. I called at an hour and he said he was held up in he office and would be by in 10 – 15 minutes. I called 20 minutes later and he said he’s 10 minutes away. I cancelled because if he cannot be on time for an estimate, he clearly doesn’t want my business and I don’t want to do business with someone like that.

Aleksey and Alexei did a fantastic job installing the ceiling speakers and volume controls in my home. They were very responsive to my quote requestS, also very flexible with their schedule to work according to my availability. They were very professional with the install and did a clean and thorough job. I’d recommend them to any of my other friends and family in a heartbeat!

I bought a 50″ Panasonic Plasma and I needed help with installation. More than that I needed help selecting the right home audio system for a pretty complicated set up – the audio needed work with phono, DVD, DVR, Xbox, a Mac and Airtunes. Alexei recommended a Marantz receiver that handles all those inputs (the inputs span 3 different technologies), looks good, and was about $ 500. He also recommended a Polk Audio soundbar and subwoofer. Alexei bought all the components on my behalf at prices equal to or below what I could get. He brought it all to my house, installed the TV and speakers, in a very clean set-​up, no wires anywhere, and got everything working, including configuring the surround sound. It was a bargain for all that he accomplished.
Since then, twice, I’ve made changes to my system. He and his crew have come over and/​or been available on the phone as needed, at no additional cost.
I’d give AA Custom Audio 6 stars if I could.

Thank you Alexei and his team! They did a fantastic job and will make time for your needs and that will meet your budget. They are a highly experienced group that knew pretty much everything about everything.
I’ve been looking for a contractor for quite some time. Most of them weren’t licensed and the others that were licensed had a lot of «add-​on» fees or subject to change quotes. AA Custom Audio (Alexei) explained to me exactly everything that he wanted to do, everything that he would do, and everything priced by line item with no hidden suspicions.
The only somewhat downside was the price of his patching team. They’re expensive but they sure did a good job. Aside from price, one of the installation locations had to be moved so now the room no longer looks symmetrical. Unfortunately I don’t have the funds to have whatever it was in the wall moved. Oh well, it’s not Alexei’s fault.
In the end, I’m happy with what they did. If I were to do this again, I’d talk to them about alternative solutions for keeping the room symmetrical, because presentation is a top priority for this type of project. Again, Alexei and his team are great to work with and are pure professionals.
Bottom line: Highly recommended. I’d hire them again and again.

I had AA Audio install complete stereo, DVD, CD, Receiver and U-​verse in my house plus outside speakers. They also did a surrounding speakers in our ceiling and worked with us since we wanted a large speakers. They were patient and explained the benefits of each systems that we were installing, set everything in the time they told us and did a great job. But what’s more impressive is that I had couple of problems on the outside speaker due to leak in the switch due to the rain this spring, they came right away and fixed the problem. Their service is outstanding and they are very friendly when you are asking dumb questions.
I recommend them very highly for any electronic installations.

you know what’s crazy? a contractor who shows up to appointments on time, does the work as promised and at cost. Insane right? but that’s what AA Custom Audio did for our living room install. We got a new big screen tv and wanted a surround sound system set up. I had a receiver so basically just wanted a center channel, 2 book shelf speakers and 2 rear, in ceiling speakers. Got quotes from 3 different places and decided to go with Alexei from AA.
They ordered the speakers once I put my deposit down and called me back next week when the speakers were delivered to set up an installation appointment. They came on time, got everything installed and left instructions on how to use everything. Finished on time and on budget and even took the time to come over when I had an issue with the sound settings. Nice guys, great work, competitive prices and delivered as promised. Would definitely recommend to others in the Pennisula.

I moved into a new house recently, and the first thing to be in place was the living room entertainment system. Right alway I called AA customs because a few years ago the did a smaller project in my apartment. This time the job was bigger and I knew they would not disappoint. With AA custom audio, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. By the time I finished unpacking my kitchen, the living room was completely outfitted with a mounted flat screen TV and surround sound audio system. You can trust these guys in your home and their work is immaculate. I learned from Alexei that AA custom audio also does installations for businesses, so i am recommending them to everybody.

AA Custom Audio — great vendor to work with. They are a team of very knowledgeable and hardworking A/​V experts. They ran miles and miles of cables in my house, and wired everything beautifully and cleanly.
They are not the least expensive, but if you want a high-​end system, what you pay for is what you get. I used them at multiple places and now my Realtor recommends them to their other clients.

These guys are very good at what they do. They installed my 46″ 3D LED along with a surround sound system. The work was immaculate plus they were very easy to work with. They try to understand your needs and at the same time offer alternatives which actually lowered my overall cost.

Alexei and Alexi were easy to work with, pricing was competitive and they did good work. They were efficient and made a couple of creative adjustments to meet the design I had in mind.
I found them on Craig’s List initially, and had them hang my new LED tv with wires hidden in the wall, as well as running speaker wire through the walls for my surround system. They were familiar with all of my components and knew some of the nuances to working with them.
I’m happy with the work they did, would work with them again, and recommend if you are looking for some help getting your nice new system installed properly.
P. S. — it’s worth spending the money to get your system installed nicely.
