Established in 1985.

Our company originally provided repair services in the major appliances, and moved to refrigeration controls. Now we offer a wide range of services from residential to commercial equipment (HVAC & refrigeration). We are fully licensed and insured in several trades which demonstrates our ability to solve many problems. We can repair anything and in some occasions we would recommend a cost effective approach of replacement. We are honest in solving your problems and give advise to invest on a newer equipment if the equipment is not worth the repair on the merits of its age, safety, and efficiency.

Very good customer service and we got a great technician — called them on Labor Day as our subZero had been acting up — they sent out Luis that day — he was early and very well versed on subZeros — he confidently diagnosed the problem, gave us two different options and set an appointment to come back with the replacement coil (slow freon leak). He arrived early on the second appointment and went right to work. He was quick and fixed the issue and left a clean work area.

My father had Luis come out to fix their thermador refrigerator this past week. Luis was prompt for both visits and was very knowledgable. He used his computer to help diagnose the problem and was able to fix the problem very thoroughly.

My furnace was old and needed to be repaired. I called on a Monday, had Luis stop in on Tuesday and he and his crew had a new furnace in by 11:30 AM Wednesday. They were careful not to bump anything bringing equipment in/out and made sure to use drop cloth anywhere they walked on the carpet. During the installation they also noticed one of the ducts had come loose from one of the heat vents in the ceiling. They fixed the problem (a loose connection strap) for a marginal fee. My house now has heat, a better thermostat and a few less blankets on the bed. Great job by these guys…

Well, after getting hustled to the initial work, the frig stopped working and they came out and said something else is wrong with it and wanted another $ 200 in addition to the original $ 275. That is $ 475 and you can get a new great refrigerator from Costco for $ 850. Did not do the work and will buy a new refrigerator. Changed my rating from 2 stars to 1 star

So far, so good. They were quick – dispatched Mark w/i 2 hours of my call. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a run down of what was wrong. Was able to get the compressor on our 20 year old sub zero up and running, but warned us that this could be a temporary fix, and told us he’d have the part on standby in case we need it tomorrow.

After reading good reviews, I called Luis on a Sunday. Our freezer is too cold and our refrigerator is not cold enough. He called back within a couple of hours and we set an appointment for Monday 2 – 4. Perfect. Except he didn’t show up and didn’t call Monday. To make matters worse, had he just told me he wasn’t coming, I could have made an appointment with any of the other four companies that returned my call Monday morning. Very frustrating.

Extremely poor customer service from field tech. Lied and said no one was at home, but came to my home 1 ½ earlier than appt time. My husband was home and in the garage. When told him that, tech Louis said home is too far cant make appt., call another company in the phone book because he has too many appts and my home is too far. Finishing with the fact that there are other HVAC companies that need business.
I work in the healthcare service industry and was extremely disappointed with the customer service given to me. Definately will tell all my patients, coworkers, family and friends about this company. Louis is doing a big dis-service to this company. I will definately Unilocal,facebook, twitter the lousy service from this company. No one ever called to apologize.
As a result, I had to wait another day for heat in my home.

Luis was great. He came the day I called and fixed our sub-zero fridge in a couple of hours. He was able to explain the problem, how he planned to fix it, and what the next (more expensive) repair would be if this on didn’t last for more than a year. He also suggested a simple maintenance/cleaning procedure that might help avoid the same problem in the future and told us we could call him for advice (no charge) about the cleaning when the time came to do it. He was more knowledgeable than our two previous repairs guys put together.

Would never recommend them. We had a service technician come and fix our refrigerator motor. Then he broke the light in the freezer and wouldn’t confess to it. When he came out the second time he told us he did do it but he wasn’t going to fix it. The company wouldn’t return any our calls.
