Bay Area Resource is a collaboration of experienced and educated real estate professionals and non nonprofit homeownership service providers, Bay Area Resource serves as a resource to educate and assist distressed, underwater and economically challenged homeowners, investors and buyers. Bay Area Resource helps homeowners and homebuyers navigate the complex and often frustrating process of distressed homeownership. We offer foreclosure alternatives, intervention and education/​counseling for all types and values of homes in the San Francisco Bay Area.

History

Established in 2010.

We have been assisting homeowners since 2010 when many past clients turned to us for help with their homes. We have worked with various organizations including the San Francisco Police Officers Association and the San Francisco Teachers Union and Firefighters Local 2400.

We have created multiple educational forums in conjunction with California State Senator Leland Yee in addition to working with various Bay Area non profit organizations including HomeownershipSF, MEDA and SFHDC.

Meet the Business Owner

Dyniece A.

Business Owner

Spearheading the Bay Area Resource team, Dyniece Abril worked as loan officer for 10 years helping the police officers, firefighters and other homebuyers. She then transitioned into the real estate agent side where she quickly realized that many of her past loan clients needed help and updated resources for their home and investment properties.

She formed Bay Area Resource in 2010 bringing together professionals to assist and educate homeowners, buyers and investors in order to realize their various real estate goals.

Dyniece maintains long lasting relationships with her real estate clients as she views her interaction as continuing rather than as one shot transactions. She constantly works to educate even the savviest investor client with her consistent education and updated research.
