C & W Car Service

I wrote a review a while back. Writing another one. Let me just say, customer service is not dead! I can’t say enough about the prompt service, cleanliness of the vehicle and overall outstanding customer service. I look forward to my next visit to the area and contacting William for his impeccable service.

Our first experience using a car service and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Will was extremely helpful, accommodating, and flexible. He picked us up right on time and was very warm and welcoming. He was impeccably dressed and the car was immaculate! The fare was inexpensive compared to the quality of his service. Highly highly recommend!

Will is very professional and timely. His car is really luxurious and clean. His rates are great too! I highly recommend him.

My story is that my car broke down while running an errand. Adding fuel to the fire was that I needed to get home and take my wife to the airport asap.
My car is stuck in an intersection and William pulls up in front of me. He gets out and helps me get my car to the curb. I tell him my story and he takes me on my errand and then takes me home. Can you believe it? I couldn’t. He said he was killing time before a scheduled pick up so he didn’t even want to charge me! Needless to say, I gave him what I knew the trip should cost+++.
What a guy! And its a suh-​weet car. Car services are all about style, customer service and keeping to schedule, but isn’t it nice to know you have a gem of a person driving you around?

I came across C&W while putting together an extra special evening (anniversary dinner and festivities) for my BF and I. I decided to splurge a little and save us the headache of LA traffic and allow us the opportunity to fully (*ahem, drink*) enjoy the night out responsibly.
My agenda included a pick up at my apt in NoHo, dinner in Beverly Hills at one of my man’s fav restaurants (Fogo de Chao), and wrapping up with a expertly crafted libation (or two) at The Next Door Lounge in Hwood before heading back up to my place (all-​in-​all around a 5 hour venture)…so about 1 month before the date I submitted an inquiry on the website and held my breath for the price quote. :-x …and within 24 hours I got a response from a friendly gentleman, Will, who walked me through the details, pricing and plan for the evening. All in all he was very transparent and was more than willing to accommodate my requests.
The night itself went off without a hitch! Will was in fact our driver as well, and picked us up right on time! He introduced himself, helped us into the (freakin sexy!) car and (per my request — had a chilled bottle of champagne for us). Throughout the evening and our several stops, Will was prompt and professional. I truly felt like an A-​list celeb riding in style with my sexy man, who by the way LOVED the whole night!
C&W, you are on my speed-​dial next time I need a super special (fancy) ride! Forever grateful for your impeccable service and effort to make the night perfect!

I was picked up in an impeccably clean black Escalade. The driver (Will) was professional while also personable and very sharply dressed. The car had great music playing and was stocked with water, gum, and trendy magazines… Nice touch! I definitely arrived in style. My only disappointment was that my ride was too short. Thank you Will and C&W!

I flew down to LA a couple weeks ago for a night out with some old buddies of mine. William was our driver and picked us up in a sleek new Escalade (which made us feel like we had our very own Secret Service detail for the night). He took us all over town for about 4 hours. He was prompt, professional, and much better behaved than the group of us. We definitely got our money’s worth from C&W and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
