Established in 2004.

Passionate about doing what I love… working with my hands to build and fix things in and around the home. I treat every customer like they were a part of my family. Other companies may offer similar services, but I believe I offer something just a little different, a personal touch.

First of all, I always deliver on what I say I am going to do! I’ll discuss your project needs to ensure your satisfaction, and provide upfront pricing which will never change, unless you add something to the job. To save you money, I price my jobs differently by giving you materials at cost. There are never any hidden surprises.

My goal is to build a lasting relationship with my customers so they know who to call in an emergency, to complete a to-do list, or home improvement project. I love helping my neighbors… big or small, I do it all!

Cesar did an outstanding job at our house! We hired him to change 7 interior doors and two pre-hung exterior doors. The interior doors were a tough job to do. This is because the door frame wasn’t plumb so the installation required precise work. Cesar was meticulous in measuring and cutting the doors (which were solid doors by the way) and ensuring they fit nicely within the frame. At the end, we had really nice doors, that closed well and looked great. Cesar and his team were very clean and accommodated all of the changes that we wanted to do without too much impact on the overall cost.
He also installed a fireplace door where he had to add an extension to the wall which wasn’t an easy task either ! He did an amazing job and kept every thing clean as well.
We are pleased with the quality of his work and will hire him again in the future.

Cesar was able to come to my house the same day that I called to remove the ceiling due to a water leak from upstairs. He said that he could just remove the ceiling, but he would have to come back to finish the job to put new sheet rocks. That was fine with me. He gave me a quote and I made a tentative appointment with him about 2 weeks later. After a few weeks, I didn’t hear from him and so, I contacted him. He said that he was so busy that he couldn’t finish the job for me. I was pretty disappointed with that, as I did give him ample time and I was okay with the quote that he gave to me. I tried calling the contact that he gave to me and I haven’t heard back from anybody. Now, I have to look for somebody else to complete the job for me.

Cesar has completed a variety of jobs for me including:
1. Interior painting
2. Plumbing repair of a leaky sink drain & loose faucet
3. Installed a light fixture
4. Re-grouted voids in a kitchen backsplash
5. Patched exterior stucco cracks
6. Constructed a raised redwood garden bed
7. Repaired and anchored a rotted porch post
8. Installed new hinges on a door and medicine cabinet
9. Trimmed a door which would not open properly
10. Installed a new window blind
11. Installed new towel bars.
He shows up on time and does quality work. We worked together on many of these tasks over the course of 5 days and he was a huge help. In addition, he was very pleasant and respectful of my property. He has gained my trust through performance and become my «GO-TO» Handyman & Painter.
