Did my very first claim in 10 years and they put me through hell, cars still at the shop waiting they will say they will call you to let you know what’s going and won’t and very hard to negotiate with its they way or the high way.

Craig Ichiuji and his staff are fantastic. I found them on the Internet and though they didn’t know much about me, answered my questions and helped me with knowledge, courtesy and thoughtfulness.
When my issue became more urgent, they patiently and knowledgeably guided me through the process and walked me through the process — even though I was asking them to help me out immediately and sort of in a panic. They didn’t even blink when what I required of them was to help me out with something not tomorrow, not today, but RIGHT NOW.
And they gave me a good rate.
