UnilocalISCLEARLYSUPPRESSINGTHENEGATIVEREVIEWSFORTHISSTOREBECAUSEIFYOUDIGYOU’LLSEEIT’S HAPPENEDNUMEROUSTIMES! I ordered a bed and 2 nightstands from Firenzi on March 4th, 2016. I was told 8 – 10 weeks for delivery; fine no problem. The delivery date was rescheduled 3 times and yet my items never showed up! Jack/Firenzi didn’t even provide an advance courtesy call to let me know that my delivery was cancelled. In each case I had to call when they missed the delivery time frame. I couldn’t cancel because when you’ve waited SO long they basically have you hostage. On May 26th, 2016(3rd delivery attempt) I called and emailed so many times to figure out why they didn’t show up between 11AM-1PM again. I had taken yet another day from work to receive shipment. NOTHING! NOT A SINGLERESPONSE. I proceeded to contact the manufacturer since they had referred me to Firenze as a local dealer and only this prompted an email response from Jack(see actual email below) He was out on an install? He was scheduled to deliver my furniture between 11am-1pm so how can he be on an install? And he’s cancelling my order that I waited 11 weeks for without any offer to correct the problem! I came across this store because there was a big ‘Going Out Of Business” sign in the front window. They are not going out of business, just closing this location. The furniture is very high end and the sales man that helped me was very nice and took his time in helping us. We were told 4 – 6 weeks on our custom couch. After 6 weeks I called the store to just get a time frame of when I might expect the couch, nobody called me back. I ended up making a special trip to the store to speak with the Manager. I was told because of the holidays i should expect some delays. It is now 10 weeks later and I still do not have my couch. I have called numerous times to the store, the customer service is horrible with no follow up. I made another trip to the store and was told there was a problem with the lady who did the scheduling of delivery and my couch is sitting in a warehouse in Corte Madera. This has been the most frustrating expierence ever, I simply wanted to buy a couch. Next time I will go to House of Values.

Amazing selection of furniture! I searched high and low for a sofa for my home. Stumbling upon this small store, I finally found what I was looking for. The service was incomparable to every other furniture store I went to. The owner treated me like a friend and I didn’t feel I was getting«sold.» She spent a ton of time going through different fabrics and styles for my couch until I found what I was looking for. Fabulous experience, highly recommended. And free delivery to SF! Just be sure to measure your entry ahead of time to make sure the couch fits your your home, had some problems getting it into my house, but that’s my fault for not measuring the entry ahead of time.
