Established in 2002.

Gwen C.
Business Owner
Gwen is distinguished by his entrepreneurial instincts, savvy negotiating skills, and extremely hard work ethic. A Bay Area native, Gwen brings a broad base of knowledge about the Peninsula, having lived and worked in the local area for over 35 years. Gwen grew up in Foster City and graduated from UC Santa Cruz in 2000 with a B.S. in Information Systems Management.
Prior to joining Intero Real Estate, Gwen’s career began at two, successful start-up companies in San Francisco, which he used as a stepping– stone to his success at Oracle Corporation as a Senior Security Engineer.
Determined to find his true calling, Gwen put on his trusty backpack and flew to South America. He returned from his travels with clarity of vision. He purchased and completely remodeled an entire townhouse and, admiring his finished product, he realized he wanted to turn a mere interest into a lifelong passion. He is proud to say that he is working with what he loves most. People and homes!
