I develop comprehensive personal financial plans that include retirement funding, minimizing taxes, and protection from catastrophic losses. I collaborate with my clients select investments that are compatible with their goals, needs, and attitudes toward risk.

I am an independent investment adviser representative with no investment product quotas to meet. My mission is to provide powerful and thoughtful solutions to the financial concerns and challenges that affect my clients, their families, and their businesses.

History

Established in 2004.

Kalvin started helping people with finances even before he became a financial adviser. In his first job he helped his co-​worker in the cubicle next to him work out a budget to get out of debt and start saving for retirement. He has taught numerous people about how to get started in investments and how to get out of debt. He decided to become an independent financial adviser in 2004 in order to spend full time helping everyday folks set financial goals and create customized plans to meet those goals with vehicles that are suitable for them.

Kalvin is the founder and CEO of Sid Financial Services. Kalvin started working in the financial services industry in 1992 where he discovered he has a passion for teaching his friends and co-​workers about money and helping them get out of debt. He has a bachelor in Economics from UCLA and an MBA in finance from the Marshall School of Business from USC. He has achieved the CFP (c)certification which is the gold standard in personal financial planning. His goal is to help folks manage their finances wisely and be good stewards of the resources they’ve been entrusted.
