No way! Went in once for a sprain, got billed a year and a half later for a pathetic $ 29 dollars for unknown charges. Spoke to billing to understand my bill. She (Debbie) was completely defensive, and rude. She said it was so late because their computer crashed. She then hung up on me when I wanted more details about my bill. Not worth the drama of dealing with the staff. Also spoke to a gentleman (Gary) at the front desk to tell the manager what had happened. He said this person has no manager and the best I can do is write a letter to the doctor.
I snowboard often and yes, I get injured. They lost a patient because they have no procedures in place to properly bill and a clear lack of oversight of the incredibly rude staff.
