Made Out of Dough is a baking company in the San Francisco Bay Area. You can find us at the Foster City farmers market every Saturday and the Half Moon Bay farmers markets every Sunday.

History

Established in 2012.

Made Out of Dough started as an idea from head chef and president Courtney Chun. Her passion for food, her work experience and her drive to succeed motivated her to launch this business. Courtney brought social media manager and long-​time friend Jen Jezierski on board to oversee the online aspect of Made Out of Dough. Jen’s experience with online media made her an ideal person to run Made Out of Dough’s online presence.

Courtney’s culinary expertise and Jen’s experience with online media has brought Made Out of Dough where it is today. We greatly appreciate your business, and we look forward to expanding our business with you as a client in the future.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Courtney Chun is the president and head chef of Made Out of Dough. She started her culinary career as a dishwasher at age 15. She worked her way up to a sous chef assistant then all the way to a chef/​kitchen manager. Courtney graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA. She has a love for food and photography and has taken most of the pictures featured on this page.

Jen Jezierski is the social media manager and web designer for Made Out of Dough. She also authors the monthly newsletters. Jen received her Master’s degree in sports journalism from DePaul University and her Bachelor’s degree in political science from Loyola University Chicago. Jen has honed her social media skills throughout her career and is expanding her knowledge of web design by designing several websites on her own.
