Perfect Health Project is a small, and growing team of certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® practitioners.

As FDN’s, we assist clients in finding the underlying cause of their health complaints instead of treating the symptoms. We do not diagnose nor treat disease but seek healing opportunities instead.

Using functional laboratory work, we uncover blocking factors and hidden stressors that are at the root of dysfunction and imbalances and resultant lack of well-​being (illness). Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® focuses on restoring normal function within the main pillars of health; the hormonal, digestive, immune and detoxification systems.

The data from the labs help guide natural therapies including diet and other lifestyle changes such as exercise and stress reduction strategies and targeted nutritional supplementation. With compliance from the client we find our methods help restore health, sometimes even in cases where medical conditions once existed. Such clinical outcomes are the norm, not the exception and are the basis of our robust referral based practices.

Our programs are education based in order to empower our practice members to achieve permanence and independence in their new found health.

While we are based on the West Coast, we are able to work with people all over the country, and even have a few international members.

History

Established in 2013.

While Perfect Health Project is essentially a virtual business, it originally began in New York City in 2013, and a year later moved its home base to the West Coast.

Perfect Health Project founder and CEO, Aaron Davis (aka ‘The Health Honcho’) started on his perfect health journey back in 2010 when he was introduced to a line of supplements. Seeing the changes they made in his own health set him on a course of self-​improvement, and a desire to learn more and make a difference in the lives of others. Since that time he has made key lifestyle changes in the quest for perfect health, and helped many others to do just the same through his work in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition®. Perfect Health Project came together as Aaron’s vision began to expand with his desire to reach as many people as he could through a truthful message about health.
