Dr. Lindsay Clark is an Internal Medicine trained physician with a specialty in Cosmetic Dermatology and Regenerative & Metabolic Medicine, currently working towards her Masters in Anti-​Aging Medicine. Dr. Clark is a member of the American Academy of Anti-​Aging Medicine.

Dr. Clark is the Medical Director and owner of Physicians’ Youthful Resolutions, a Skin Care Center/​Regenerative Medicine Practice located in San Mateo, Ca. She has a satellite office in San Francisco, performing botox and filler injections since 2008.

I come here to purchase my Colorscience mineral foundation. They have a really nice and clean office. They have a lot of things to offer here. I believe Carla is the manager and she is always very pleasant. Sorry, I don’t know the other staff members names but each time I have come here, all of the girls were always so nice and helpful. If I’m not too chicken i might consider doing Botox here one day… Hahaha… For now, thank you for being so nice and for always having my makeup!

I started coming here before my wedding to get my skin into shape before the big day, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Dr. Clark came up with a plan to help get rid of sun spots and wrinkles and it worked. I have received so many compliments (both on my wedding day and in general) and it makes me feel great about myself. They now have a lifelong client.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Everyone that works here is so friendly, professional and most of all loves what they do. I always feel so welcome when I walk in.
Carla is absolutely amazing!!! She is so friendly and gentle with my skin. Carla adjusts all my facial treatments custom to what condition my skin is in. She knows a lot about skin types and the products they use and how your skin will react to them. You can ask her anything and she will help you find the answers, products, and services you are looking for.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Carla with my skin. Love her!!! You must try services from her you wont be disappointed. :)

I love my appointments with Carla! She is so sweet and funny and I always enjoy our time together. Even though I am an esthetician, my expertise is in body waxing and sugaring, so seeing Carla keeps me on top of my skin! She is super knowledgeable and I love that the spa offers such advanced treatments. You MUST try the hydrafacial! I have dry and super congested skin (those pesky blackheads) and I’ve never walked out of a traditional facial with my skin feeling as clean and revived as I have after seeing her for hydrafacial. The extractions are totally painless with the machine which is awesome because that’s usually the part of a traditional facial that is so uncomfortable and ruins the relaxation of the service. I’m looking forward to my next deep cleaning!

Ok. Carla is downright awesome and so is the hydra facial. I have been coming to see Carla for a few years now and decided I should let ‘my little secret’ out of the bag and tell everyone about this gem. I have trouble skin… dry and aging with some wrinkles and sun damage.(who doesn’t as you edge closer to 40). I’ve been setting up monthly hydrafacials, along with a new customized skin routine to combat my wrinkles, acne and sun damage. I love that this place has Dr. s’ on staff, who are extremely knowledgeable, with medical grade products for EVERY skin condition or treatment you might need. I feel reassured that I’m getting the best possible treatment and products. I look forward to my hour-​long pampering session. sometimes its hard to leave the room I’m so relaxed. I highly recommend PYR for all your skin care needs.

I highly recommend PYR signature facial for your first time coming here and booking an appointment with Julia. I wanted to find a esthetician who I could trust with my sensitive combination skin and I found that Julia was attentive to my concerns. She customized a treatment for my skin and my skin looked and felt so radiant and glowy when I left. Do yourself a favor and come see Julia! I can’t believe how many compliments I got!

A few days ago I came in for a facial with Carla. She noticed that my skin needed hydration before she even touched it. She recommended the HydraFacial after she consulted with me about the issues I have with my skin. I noticed an instant improvement and I loved that I didn’t leave with red or uneven coloring, even after extractions. She explained everything she was using on my skin and why it would work for me and she helped me choose which products that I should be using for my skin type. My skin seems better every day and my makeup even goes on way smoother! Thank you Carla :)

Love!!! I have been coming her for a few years now and just realized I’ve never left a review, shame on me because this place has become a complete an absolute must for me! I have rosacea and worry about wrinkles — let’s face it, who doesn’t? I have a standing monthly Hydrafacial appointment with Carla and it is my «Me time» my hour of sanctuary time. I’m always greeted by the wonderful front office staff and love that they actually know me, I’m not just a name in an appointment book. Carla has helped me develop a routine skin regiment and the changes in my skins appearance are already noticeable and I couldn’t be more pleased. She is always a pleasure to visit with and is very accommodating schedule wise.
Additionally, I recently had a facial laser procedure done with Dr. Clark. I was nervous because of my rosacea, but there was no need — the process was seamless and with minimal discomfort (as should be expected I assume as it was my first laser procedure) and the results are wonderful! I’m extremely happy and recommend both the Hydrafacial by Carla and Laser with Dr. Clark!
I highly recommend PYR! This is my now go to place for all of my skin care needs.

First, I can’t say enough about how comfortable and welcoming the staff is. I’m always greeted with a warm hello from Melody, Julia or Carla. They are all knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Second, Dr. Clark is phenomenal. I’ve had various procedures done from Botox to a recent full face Co2 laser peel, and I’m very satisfied with the results I’m seeing! Dr Clark has been a Godsend for me as she transforms my skin into a healthy glow once again. She is so easy to work with, and makes you know you’re in professional and excellant hands when she performs any procedure. I love the fact that she, and Carla, who does the facials and who is also incredibly knowledgeable about skincare, work together to see that the best outcome is achieved for any procedures done. Finally, the office is beautiful and comfortable with so much attention to providing the utmost comfort for their patients.
I highly recommend Dr. Clark to anyone who is looking to restore a younger appearance. The added comfort and reassurance of having procedures done by Dr Clark, an actual MD is extremely important to me, I always know I’m in very good hands.

Was curious about coming in for a facial my wife signed me up for, what man wouldn’t be for a first time… But was helped by an awesome young women named Julia, very relaxed and calming helped me to kick back and really enjoy the treatment. My girlfriend made me an appointment here for a facial. I’ve never had a facial before this. The lady who did my facial was Julia. She walked me through my first time and made me feel very at ease. It was really enjoyable. Very easy going and she made me feel super relaxed. My skin was glowing and felt so soft when the facial was done. I would highly recommend her for a facial.

I get a facial every 4 weeks at Physicians’ Youthful Resolutions. I love this place. They are efficient, friendly, and exceedingly professional. I started going to this med spa when my esthetician relocated to PYR. I would follow Julia anywhere (and believe me, this med spa is NOT geographically convenient for me). Julia does the most amazing facials. She takes the time to discuss what you are trying to accomplish and then tailors your treatment to meet your goals. I have hyper-​pigmentation and she has worked with me relentlessly to address the situation. She creates specific treatments for me and follows up after every treatment.
I have not had services (yet) with other providers at PYR but I do intend to. In the interim, I cannot possibly recommend Julia any more emphatically. If you are having trouble with your visage, do yourself a monumental favor, and book an appointment with Julia.

I received a facial from Carla recently and I have to say… BEST.FACIAL.EVER. Carla suggested for my skin type, I try the hydrafacial. My face feels amazing!
I really appreciated the time she took to talk to me about my concerns, products I was using, she is so knowledgeable! The office is so cute and clean and staff is super friendly as well.
