The Vapor Cave

I gave the cave 5 stars for there exemplary service I have been going to them for 3 years and evrytime I walk in the door they are quick to acknowledge me and let me know my order in line after a few months of going there we we’re on a first name basis they have a wide variety of juices and any hardware if not to factory standards they we’re willing to refund or exchange with receipt… and while these things we do expect these young men with smiles where consistent.

Very unprofessional customer service. Sadly to say, my experience with this shop wasn’t far off from the vape bro horror stories you hear online. My last visit left a sour taste in my mouth, particularity from the young and rather anxious Asian gentleman who was building a coil on a RX200 for a customer that was responsible for helping me.
I came into the shop inquiring about rewrapping a torn battery. I purchased 2 Sony VTC4’s a couple months ago for about $ 30 after tax out the door. I accidentally got some super glue stuck near the contact and ripped a part of the wrap off the top of the battery. This battery was never used after being torn. I was just looking for any way to salvage a practically good battery. Mind you, I’ve been vaping for 5 years and know about about proper battery safety/​care/​ohms law (sadly more than most shops care to emphasize). Before explaining my situation, I was told to «just use nail polish» to fix the problem. I knew this was not a safe nor acceptable remedy to the situation. After showing my torn battery, I was laughed at in front of other customers by this guy, who pretty much told me word for word «Woah man, haha, that’s so fucked! Just get new batteries man. Don’t even try. These are so fucked up! Haha!»
Instead of explaining why rewrapping these batteries would not work, I was pretty much laughed out the door. I was willing to purchase a new set of batteries, but was never offered to check out the selection or explore other options — a complete loss of a sale and dignity.
Upon leaving the store, half way out the door, I was condescendingly told I should never carry batteries in my pocket and should invest in a battery holder. Thanks for all your helpful advice, dude… Never again.
Thankfully, my local B&M in San Francisco took care of me by rewrapping my batteries free of charge and professionally explained battery safety.

There are a couple girls who work here that I want to bang, I’m pretty sure one of them is married though, which sucks. Oh well.

Awesome place to go get your juices and mods. I recommend this place to everyone in the area when they ask me where to go. They also have a 5star rewards program to get free juices. One of the guys also helped me sign some patients up for

These guys are always super helpful and accommodating. They have a large variety of juices and different vape pens /​mods. There are tons of vape stores around me in Redwood City but I choose to go to San Mateo to the Vapor Cave.

Very knowledgable and suuuuuuper chill staff! Immediately greeted, not pushy at all with sales, and helped me find a great cereal flavor for a great price. Thanks girrrrl behind the counter ;)

We are on a road trip from Salt Lake City and wanted to stock up on juice before we headed up Highway One. The girl behind the counter was super knowledgeable about all the juices they stocked, and led us towards some of the best juices I’ve had! When I went to drip my Mech Mod, it wasn’t working. I asked the guy at the counter (I wish I could remember his name) if he could help me trouble shoot cause nothing I was trying was working. After swapping out a few parts, we determine the connector in my tube wasn’t working. Bummer! So, instead of being modless on the rest of my roadtrip, I decided to buy a box mod, since I wanted one anyway. He pulled out the two Sigeleis I had been looking at, helped me choose the batteries, and gave me a quick run down on the mod. They were never pushy or salesman-​y. They didn’t even mind that I took up a bunch of counter space to tear my mod apart! Super cool people!
I wish this shop was in my hometown! If I lived nearby, this would be my shop of choice!

Cool friendly staff. Great juice selection. Good hardware selection too. You won’t have a bad time here.

Wow what a difference. It’s like going from Jack in the crack to a 5 restaurant. This place is it. Been to a few «other» places that shall remain nameless. These guys know their product. Friendly. In no hurry to sell U things you don’t really need. Love the honesty. Thanks!!!

Living in the Burlingame area and needed a new shop. This is the spot. Needed some juices and they did a super good job.
Small hole in the wall kind of place, but those are the best.
Came in, Matt helped me out. Wanted something fruity and he came out with at least 6 different flavors to try out. Super friendly and highly knowledgable about the juices they had in stock. He even checked the back to make sure they had a 30ml of the ones I wanted.
Definitely gonna come back to re up on juices.

Amazing shop.
I usually head in about 20 min before closing due to work but the guys are accommodating, patient and just an overall good vibe. Great builders! And the best part is knowledgable builders who share the knowledge! A new experience of customer service that makes me go back whenever I need something.
The shop has a large juice selection and do it yourself drip tests! Definitely don’t see that much and it adds to that good vibe.

Came into the vapor cave been coming here for awhile they got some bad ass juices there is a new line called «cream pie» FUCKING DELICIOUS!!! The only place around here to carry MILKMAN another delicious flavor. I advise if you vape to stop by here and pick up some juice. Chop it up with the staff and or buy some juices! No matter what I needed they were always helpful chris and Chris are amazing people and are always willing to help out anybody. Be it builds or just information

Chris has always been helpful as well as most of the other employee’s that work at the vapor cave. However I was a little disappointed in the service I received on 5÷30÷2015. In less then a year I have already purchased several bottles of vape juice and at least 5 vape pens. On ⁵⁄₃₀ I went in to purchase 2 vape pens and I wanted a certain color but the employee acted like one he didn’t want to be there, 2
He didn’t even try to look for the color I wanted and he was just a total a-​hole to me when I asked certain questions. He just seemed like he didn’t want to help me or even be at work. Unfortunately my ratings have to come down for this visit because Half ass service is not acceptable. I hope I hope in the future my experiences at the vape cave will be great!

THE BEST VAPE SHOP IN THE BAY AREA. Superb customer service, product knowledge, and honest suggestions/​advice to best meet your needs. You feel very welcomed and comfortable the moment you walk in the shop form it’s warm atmosphere and friendliness.

I feel so comfortable with the helpful, knowledge staff at the Vapor Cave. Every person who works there takes pride in the reputation of the shop. They don’t try to talk you into something you don’t need! I was waiting anxiously for my new pen. I walked in and met Zachary, because I had never met him I was hesitant…100% just like the other guys (Chris, Ris, all of you) prove there is not another Vape store I would go to, these guys even showed me how to draw from my pen so I get the max vape with no harsh feeling in my throat. Yep I would say this is a good place for the entire family :)

I have been to a ton of vape shops and this one is my favorite. Best selection hands down, extremely knowledgable staff, and cool-​ass crew that runs the joint. Best prices of all vape shops between South SF and Belmont hands down. Quick n’ easy parking.

These guys are awesome for having the tester juices there for easy flavor tasting. They have a pretty good selection of juices as well as other equipment. One of the guys i couldnt recall his name, but he provided me an extra fsmall philips/​flathead screwdriver that they werent using! In return i let him vape my prized possession; my Black Osmium box mod. I still have much to see at what they have in their inventory.

The vapor cave is the shit! I started working here after being a long time customer. Knowledgable friendly staff who remains dedicated to finding you the best devices and flavors FOR YOU! They never give you the feeling of trying to upswell lower quality products, they genuinely enjoy hooking customers up with what will work best for them, and educating customers on why certain devices are cheaper/​better quality than others. I highly reccomend stopping by the vapor cave for whatever your Bay Area based vaping needs are!

This place has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Chris is the man! Knows people by name and goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Extremely friendly and will take the time to listen to what you need and do their best to help.
They know their stuff and have a ton of options and good pricing .
Highly recommend this place and it’s the only store I give my business to. I live in ssf but it’s worth the drive.
