Bön Niche Cellars is nestled in the Independence Ranch area of San Miguel and located just twelve minutes north-​east of Paso Robles.

History

Established in 2007.

Planted as a new vineyard in 2007, the first harvest from 2009 was bottled and released in 2011 with rave reviews from the wine community. Multiple gold medals along with best of class awards have been received annually since then. Small, with an attention to detail, this winery makes less than a thousand cases annually.

Bön Niche Cellars is a family owned, premium estate winery located in the hills north-​east of Paso Robles. Wally takes pride in producing high quality Bordeaux varietals and blends by crafting wines in small lots, using traditional techniques.
