I called Express Lube to get a price on an oil change. I provided them with the make and model and when I arrived they said the price was $ 15 more than the quoted price. Either they are incompetent or deceitful. Don’t go there.

I have came here 3 times with my GMC Canyon. Everytime I come here the mechanics do a great job. They check my tires as well as my fluids. They change the filters and the oils

Super quick, honest oil change. I normally go to the oil changers off of Shane drive but they robbed me of an $ 80 oil change whereas here it’s $ 33! Great customer service from Jorge and Marty.

I really appreciated how these gentlemen treated me today. In oil change situations, I often experience the technicians who try to up-​sell you on everything. I felt no such pressure here. My technician was honest about what they needed and didn’t need to change for me today (I came in for an oil change and transmission fluid flush; he saw I didn’t need the latter). All in all, he saved me time, money, and the awkward interaction of having to say no to a persistent technician. Good spot when they’re not too busy. They were courteous and affordable. Glad this place is around!

First and last time using Express Lube Center. First off, I have had many oil changes on my cars in my life but this oil change was the fastest I have ever had, completed in about 5 minutes. Wow, either they work super fast (not) or are not very thorough. I had to ask them to check my tires because they had not done so. Also, did not reset the oil life register in my car. I had to google it and change it myself. Lastly, I had a coupon from their website for $ 5 off but would not accept it without a print out. Did not say on their site to bring print out with me. Also, Marty said that coupon is only good for full service change and not a regular service which the coupon does not state as well. Stay away if you want a quality oil change.

I’m a regular customer here so of course I like it! The guys are always friendly, fast and efficient. I’ve gone through many cars and all of them have gotten serviced here. Can’t say I have anything negative to say. The location gets a bit crowded since it’s at a busy street but I wouldn’t hold that against them. I’m getting an oil change right now as I’m typing this review! I’ll be back again when it’s time.

Been going here for the past couple years after ditching Speed Lube down the street and Oil Changers 3000 by Hilltop Mall… worst experiences ever.
I have not had any problems since coming here and have recommended this spot to family and friends… who also have no complaints.

Man, first of all this place is the best in the area hands down. I came in to get a oil change and I wasn’t disappointed. The guys working here are fast and efficient. I got my oil changed in less than 10 minutes and the service was great. Unlike other oil changers these guys are honest and don’t try to rip you off and there work is very professional. I will be coming back again for my next oil change.

I live at Express Lube Center. All the guys are down to earth and work efficiently. They all start off leading your car in the bays correctly, safety first. Their options are at a fair price giving the circumstances. 5 qts with regular filter 33.00 even. Fair enough in my opinion, besides, they also check your rear diff, transmission oil, and air filter, can’t beat that. Over all I give this place 5 stars, not because of the prices, but because of the staff. They work as a unit, and are committed to their work. Game!

Lured by the coupon, I arrived excited about the wonderful experiences of other Unilocal members. Unfortunately I got the olé bait and switch. The first technician directed me into the bay. I mentioned the $ 5 coupon and we decided on the full service with the castrol oil ($ 5 more). There was another $ 3 fee added due to my car having a metal plate. Still no problem for me.
Fluids topped off job complete and technician two said «I need the coupon».
I proceeded to show him on my phone and he said «it has to be printed, the manager needs to have the coupon». I asked if I could email it to him, he said, «no, it has to be printed». Okay, thank you very much. Paid my bill in cash $ 55 no discount, not happy, felt cheated for a measley $ 5 and I won’t be back. perhaps state on the coupon it needs to be printed (oil changer @ hilltop, I just had to do a Unilocal check-​in to get the discount.)

I’ve been going here since before I even got in the driver’s seat. They are quick, polite, and are actually extremely reasonable priced. I haven’t gone anywhere else for an oil change. Thinking that I can save a few pennies, I did some research and I don’t think you can find a basic oil change for a few pennies short of $ 35.
They always try to sell me an air filter, but I decline politely.
Thanks to Sam M. about mentioning the coupon. I definitely need an oil change and I LOVE coupons. Yay! Now a basic oil change for less than $ 30?! Yesssssssssssss.

A good mom + pop oil change place. Marty is the kind of owner I could tell has regulars that know and like him. The service was fast and efficient, and at a good price compared with the major chains. (Go to their website for a coupon!)
I’m not a car geek, so I’m not sure if I’m qualified to compare different oil change services. HOWEVER, I do have a pet peeve about a certain major oil change chain, which has consistently failed to actually check all the things they say they will (tire pressure, wiper fluid levels, etc). That’s why I tend to watch carefully to see what people are checking when I go in. I’m happy to report that at Express Lube Center, they checked everything I was looking out for!

For an in and out oil change, you can’t really get better that this place. My first time and I received good service at a decent price in a decent amount of time. I rolled in on a Sunday afternoon when no other oil changers is open and there was no line. Easy in and out and didn’t even leave my car. 5 stars for providing everything needed in an drive-​thru oil changers.

Suggest avoiding this shop and its attitude. Paid $ 50 for oil change on Saturday July 9, by Sunday there were puddles in my driveway. We tried owner Marty Abidazeh’s firm precisely because we cannot afford oilstains in the driveway. The Homeowners Assn forbids it and they are a pain to clean.
I offered to send Mr Abidazeh photos of the damage, and conceded that the leak had stopped — but clearly the mess was a result of sloppy work and no wipe-​up after the oil change. No, said Mr Abidazeh, I must Bring the Car In ! I said it’s the driveway I’m concerned about, let me email photos. He was unpleasant and dismissive. Didn’t seem like «the Golden Rule» to me. Would you treat a customer like this? Accidents happen — it’s the make-​good that counts, yes? But don’t count on this approach at Express Lube Center.

Consistent in service, we’ve been here 3x now with 3 different vehicles and each time they were efficient. With any establishments such as express oil changes there is always an up sell but the great thing about the up sell here they provide you proof, like showing you the dip stick to prove your engine oil is very dirty or letting you know filter is needing to be changed but I never bite into these things unless I’m too lazy to change my filter and if I really did need the engine oil changed then yes.“please do so” would be the response. otherwise I will let them know i can do it myself. It runs slow not many workers here and most of the time there is at least 2 employees on hand. Their very nice and quick and you just remain in your car while oil change takes roughly less than 15 min.
