I’ve ordered here a few times because of the pizza. The customer service is horrible, the lady on the phone line was rude and annoyed, you could tell she was impatient. The wait was horrible at least and hour and a half, but I have to execuse the wait because it was Superbowl weekend. I did order a Pepsi which didn’t come, and they charged me for it! They should of at least informed me that a Pepsi wasn’t available. Only reason I would order here again is because the pizza.

Pizza is still good, but the person who takes their orders is sooo rude on the phone and in person. They really need better customer service.

I grew up eating Finas I would always talk about how it’s the best pizza I’ve had, that was true until they changed their management. They have an employee that is the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. This is the third time I’ve order with her and I couldn’t take it I cancelled my order I couldn’t take it anymore. The pizza is not as good as it used to be its okay now nothing special. but the service is horrible now. Says what do I want, she can’t figure out my address took her 5 minutes and she still couldn’t hear me. Would yell what are you saying when I clearly have service here. I mentioned a coupon and she doesn’t even know what it is. How can you run a business when your employees don’t know their own deals. The Point is I’m very annoyed and sad to see my favorite place is a place I won’t be spending my money anymore.

My husband and I used to order here all the time, so it sucks to write this review. Not too long ago, Fina’s hired an old lady by the name of SUSAN, and I have to say, she always has a stick up her ass. She is always so rude! At first, we used to just let it go because honestly, the pizza is awesome. And for those reading this review that haven’t been here before and want to try this pizza… GOFORIT, BUT I HOPESOMEONEOTHERTHANTHISOLDLADYANSWERSTHEPHONE. Every time my husband calls to order, we unfortunately get this grump and she is always so rude and condescending in her tone. The food is good. I rave about the pizza here because it think it’s so different and delicious, but service can make or break an establishment, and after this past interaction with this place, my husband said he’s done with this place. FINA’S PIZZA: you lose people because of SUSAN. She is awful.

Me and my family were having movie night. Instead, we stopped the movie, and dealt with this crap! We ordered an x-large combo pizza as well as used the mega deal coupon for a giant size pepperoni pizza that gave us a free soda and free side dish of our choice. We choose a coke and Jalapeño Poppers. Well. They delivered buffalo wings. So I call them, a person by the name of «Susan»(if that’s even her real name). Who claims that«Nancy» took my order denies all responsibility. Put me on hold on and off for 40 minutes. Made up an excuse(denying all liability) and then lies and says«someone»(who she claims is me) called to change my order to Buffalo Wings, then later she changed it up and said that«Nancy» left and that I would need to call her tomorrow for her to help me. Followed by me now having to call the manager tomorrow morning to work things out. Later, she goes as far as threatening to never deliver to our home, and even goes to the extent of eventually, agreeing to send us the Jalapeño Poppers, but wants the Buffalo Wings untouched. And if they were touched, I would be charged extra for them. Absolutely Ludacris! Over some stupid $ 8.00 Jalepeno Poppers! That I payed for! Over an order they messed up! This person, «Susan», is an absolute sloppy, rude, and unprofessional person. She was yelling and arguing with me over $ 8.00 Jalepeno Poppers ya. I have yet to receive the Jalepeno Poppers, but I know I won’t be eating them. I will never again order from this place again! Years of ordering here and never have I received such horrible customer service! The pizzas aren’t even that good, but given its Richmond, not many options to choose from, only reason I ever ordered from this place. DONOTORDERFROMHERE.

Eh. I used to eat finas growing up. I haven’t had it in years. Pizza was super late and falling apart. Very hard to eat. Won’t order again. Delivery guy was also kinda rude, trying to grab the tip out of my had before he even handed me the freaking pizza. Never, never ordering from here again.

Make sure to have exact change when they deliver because if bill is $ 13 and all you have is $ 20, the driver will say he has no change and take the $ 20

This is the best pizza place ever! Idk why everyone is complaining when I’ve been there they complain of the wait maybe you guys should call in, wait and then pick it up. They are always busy. People need patience in this world. I don’t think it’s the drivers fault for being late or not knowing where the hell you live probably because the customers don’t know where the hell they live. Don’t you think? This pizza is the bomb!

I come here just for the super nachos, no pico de gallo, no jalepenos, extra cheese. Since I moved here not too long ago I’ve been going to numerous taquerias in search of who makes it more relative on how I use to order at super taqueria in San Jose. So this spot wins, however the service really sucks, and the ambias is fucked up because the older lady who runs the register sometimes looks alittle overwhelmed, always rushing orders, yells at customers, seems like she makes her own prices, very rude at times but then will citch herself when she can finally breathe, she needs alittle help up in there!!! She will drive alway customers if she continues, also I noticed that its not too inviting… maybe you should knock out the warmer trays that you dont even use and get a soda machine or something appealing.

I’m a thin-crust pizza lover. If the pizza that was delivered was thin-crust, I’d shudder to see what their thick-crust pizza looks like. There wasn’t anything at all thin about the crust. As far as the pepperoni topping went, it was rather paltry. I’ll go back to Mountain Mikes: better flavor, a thinner thin-crust pizza, and three times as much pepperoni and flavor overall.

I love the huge pizzas they have for the price. You really get your money’s worth. I usually get the cheese plus pepperoni plus jalapeños burger and it’s delicious! They really add cheese to their pizzas! Yummy. Give it a try! I think you will like it.

If I could subtract stars from Unilocal I would under new ownership or not. Usually I never have a problem with finas but that’s because I never check. Today I was staring at a half bitten pizza I bit and I could clearly see black mold on the pizza itself. I’m disgusted and would like my money back I have a picture to prove I’m not lying and I’m just utterly disappointed in the care and hygiene of this place. I wonder if it passed health inspection.

I lived on my own for 10 years now in Richmond and I’ve been going to Americanas when it first opened awhile back for the first 2 – 3 years, then eventually I got sick of Americanas and needed something new. I just recently discovered Fina’s pizza this year after this whole 10 years I lived here. I woke up and was craving mexican food and at my door I seen a brochure for Fina’s. The menu had everything from mexican and Italian just like Americana’s. So I decided to try this place out and take a chance and I’m so glad I did. Although it delivers til 11pm which is still good, but I’m giving it only 4 stars due to delivery times. Unlike Americanas, they use to deliver for 24 hours but now only til 4am. I wish Fina’s was open til 2am. Let’s talk about the food. I ordered for lunch and got Carne Asada Fries as an appetitizer to munch on which was loaded with everything including avocado(winning) and it was soo good and not messy unlike other carne asada fries I’ve had where the sour cream and cheese, salsa, etc. is all mushed together. And I got the shredded chicken burrito. You can get either get shredded or grilled. Had so much flavor and not salty. Perfect burrito. I’ve tried them twice already this year, still yet to try the pizza, but the 2nd time I ordered, I got a steak torta(mexican sandwich) and a Cesar salad, the torta was really big on that real large mexican bread, not like some places they make a torta on a french or american roll type of bread, this is the real deal and so delicious. The ceasar salad was good too. Good size and the lettuce wasn’t just drenched in with the ceasar salad sauce. It was perfect. I would highly recommend this place. It does take 45 minutes to an hour for delivery which is fine. I’d rather have quality food and time spent rather than it rushed, messy and oily and greasy. I’ll be coming back for more and Im just thankful I found this mexican/italian restaurant that delivers late, straight to my house, I can answer the door in my house clothes or PJs and just enjoy Fina’s quality food at home. So much to choose from too. I’ll be trying the pizza, tacos, and spaghetti next.

Very delish food. Can’t beat their $ 5 pizza ! BUTSERVICEISVERYSUCKY — INPERSONOROVERTHEPHONE !! If you want good service, expect nothing but the worst. I was on the phone for delivery and the woman on the other line taking my order was rude and wasn’t paying attention. I had to repeat my order 4 times, she kept asking what I wanted. Disappointing, although very good food. 1 star for very poor service.

Favorite pizza in the East Bay! I recommend you call ahead for the $ 5 pick up special, what a deal!!! However if you are calling ahead, especially on weekend give them plenty of time, we always have to wait. 5 stars for pizza! Also, sometimes they are horrible at answering the phone and putting you on hold.(lost one star here)
