I went and bought a gold necklace and pendant there. I wanted a name and a date engraved on it. The guy said the engraving wouldn’t be an extra cost. So he did it. When I looked at it, I was so disappointed because it looked like a kid had engraved it. He engraved it by hand and it looked awful. I told him that if I would have known that’s how he engraves, I wouldn’t have asked for engraving. He saw how upset I was, so he gave me a brand new one and used the machine to engrave it. It looked better, so I was happy that he did that.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my jewelry I’ve been going here for several years now. This store is a family owned business that has been running for decades. They know what they’re doing and they know how to treat people. They have a good selection of jewelry and watches but if you don’t see it in the store just ask. Mike will get it for you. They do the best custom work I have ever seen. And amazing at repairs. But most importantly, they are honest, good people with the best prices in the entire Bay Area. Most customers become regulars, like me! I send all my friends and family here.

Found this place on line through a random search of jewelry stores near by. I had a ring that was stuck on and i really didn’t want to loose it since it was a Tiffany ring, but i was starting to be in pain. I stopped in and not only did they cut the ring off they are going to fix it and re-​size it as well, so really i didn’t loose it at all, in fact i gained a new ring for a different finger. I love local small businesses and would recommend this place if you need service, but also they had beautiful stuff in their display cases and extremely helpful staff.

They offer a very competitive price on all diamond and gold. I shopped around a lot before making my selection for my engagement ring. Mike, the owner, was very helpful and honest.
Overall, very pleasant experience.
They do a great jewelry repairs as well.

Mike the owner is one of the most honest and promising guys… He did not fail to deliver what I feel like was most deserved.
I paid a huge amount of money of a chain and pendant but it was a small price to pay compared to his competitors. I am very happy with the quality of gold and diamonds.
I have been buying jeweler from the competitors for years but NOT ANYMORE
It did take almost 2 weeks before the job was complete but boy am I satisified. For the fraction of the price I have a beautiful custom pendant and chain done.
Its funny because this is not his casual work… his shop is mainly Moms and Pops jewelry but if you go in there and ask him to show you his work… You wouldn’t believe the stuff he makes.
