Showcase Motors

Before going to Showcase Motors, I’d paid wayyyyy too much on my car, and always felt like I’d been taken advantage of, since I don’t know anything about cars. At Showcase, I had the OPPOSITE experience! Everyone was EXTREMELY helpful, and really took the time to make sure that I was getting the help i needed, for the lowest possible price. They treated me like family. I highly recommend showcase motors, whether you’re looking to purchase a car, or need something fixed. If they aren’t able to fix it there, they have amazing connections in the community to have it completed somewhere else for a low price, and a great job. They were able to get the parts they needed to fix my car right away, and paid for a rental car while I waited for them to finish servicing the car. They even showed me my old car parts and explained what had happened, and what they had fixed, so I felt very taken care of, instead of being taken advantage of.

I bought a gorgeous used convertible from Michele at Showcase Motors. He even threw in a set of tires since the old ones were getting a little low on tread. Sadly, the car ended up having a number of problems in the first few weeks after I bought it. I didn’t buy the warranty, but Michele kept on fixing everything for me regardless. Even with the issues that the car had, (I blame myself for not taking it to a mechanic before I bought it really…) I’m still a satisfied customer. Michele and Showcase did everything they could to make things right. They get two thumbs up from me.

My husband and I have been around the block a few times and usually enjoy dealing with used car sales folk about as much as getting a root canal.
However, our experience at Shocase Motors in Richmond was a real treat
The staff at Showcase are personable, knowledgeable, professional and they keep it real by not doing the usual phony negotiation game.
We left with a great car, good feelings and a complimentary bottle of wine to boot!
I would not hesitate to get our next car there or recommend them to my friends.
