Do not, I repeat… Do not bring or let your beloved family member or friends come to this hell hole!!! Mr. Poole(who I can hardly call Mr, runs the place… he and his incompetent nurses were directly involved in the near death of my father. They were so incompetent that after I requested my father go to the hospital after seeing how sick he was, Mr Poole himself said he didn’t need to go, «this is not a 911 situation» I myself had to call the hospital which in turn forced the hand of vale to deal with the 911 situation … And guess what!?! Dad was in ICU fighting for his life, for the next 3 months! Then rehab to learn to walk again after that 2 months… Not a «911 situation Poole?!?» Still people needlessly dying… The reason for my late review!

Some of the staff is great, some not so great. A huge problem is the theft and lack of security here. My father-in-law lived here for several months and lost his hearing aids, cash and other odds and ends. Once there was a drug dealer coming in and buying OTC from the patients. When he first moved in the facility was very outdated and now slightly upgraded. The first month he lived there he did not have a TV. It took a appointment with the director/asst. director to make that happen. Even then he only got a 13″ CRTTV placed far away from his bed. He had bad vision from his diabetes so it was only viewable when he wasn’t in bed. As soon as he passed away we were being called to immediately come and get his things, got the bums rush there. Upon our last visit there to close out paperwork, the staff was very friendly and offered their condolences. That was the only bright spot in an otherwise awful situation.
