This is my go to gal… I called on a Monday at 330 asking if hey can fit me in at 4 she said no problem. So I go in and she cut my hair just amazing job she did with layers and thinning my thick hair and just the right length I asked for I couldn’t remember the last time a hair stylist listened to me. So I give her 20 and she ask me if I want the change. Wtf change from a 20… Great cut and great deal!!! I’m so excited to style it now!!!

I have found my forever hair salon! This place is almost too good to be true. I can’t believe how afordable it is to get my hair cut, and colored with highlights. I have been to some pretty pricey hair salons in the past and while I start off liking the way those places did my hair it never lasted long. Soon enough over time it seemed like either the person doing my hair lost interest or something because the haircuts would not me as good nor would the color so I would try and find a new place. I went through years and years of doing this until I tried Colors, Cuts, & Curls. Hector who does my color and highlights is so good at what he does. He really has a wonderful understanding of coloring hair. I have come here for years and he is consistent. Everytime I leave just as happy as the first day I tried it here. Veva who cuts my hair always does a really good job, Again she is consistent I never leave unhappy. Not to mention how friendly and welcoming they are. In chatting with them I mention friends of mine (I love to travel so I often tell them about my trips and friends I see) and they will always remember their names and ask me about them when I come in again to get my hair done. I like that personal touch they give. I highly highly reccomend coming here. It is also very good for men too. I have some male friends that have taken my suggestion to try this place and they have thanked me for it! If you are looking for a good place to get your hair done and very reasonable prices this is the place to come!
Had to give and update here! I just had my hair done by Hector and I always get my hair colored and highlighted by him. Anyways I wanted to change the color (just for something different) and I am always so impressed that what I describe to him I want he totally understands!!! I normally have him do my hair a darker red with blond highlights but i felt like a change from the red. He did a wonderful darker more chesnut brown color with golden highlights and I just love it!!! Its wonderful to be able to go somewhere where all you have to do is describe what you want (even without a picture) and walk away totally satisfied!

First of all, I did make my decision to visit this hair salon because of all the great reviews on this webpage. The first thing that caught my eye was the price. I had called around getting est. price quotes and there was definately not a a salon that would be even close to charging $ 15 for a cut, even for a simple cut. So I thought ok I’ll check this place out.
When I arrived I was greeted by a warm and friendly lady. I told her the style I wanted and she did an excellent job. I was going to a party after so i asked if she could style it and of course she did. Total price for me was only $ 20. Not too bad right!!! I was pleased with my cut, the service, and most of all the price. Thank you Genevieve… your a very sweet lady… enjoyed our conversation!

Let me preface this review by saying this is my inlaws’ salon, and I do love it. It’s a friendly neighborhood salon where they take walk-​ins as well as appointments. They do all kinds of chemical treatments, from color, color and highlights, double process color or bleach plus toner, thermal ionic straightening, perming, hair cutting, styling, and wash and set. The salon has three chairs/​stations and two shampoo stations. The prices here are more than fair for the area and a great value. We used to live in town, and I used to work at a salon in Torrance many years ago, and I think they are extremely fair in their pricing. I’ve referred my mom and friends there, and they are very happy with the work, not to mention the nice conversations and friendly environment. I know they know quite a few regulars by name. Street parking, but it’s never been a problem for me, usually you can park right in front or quite close. It’s very close to the intersection of 1^st Street and Bandini, so it’s close to the 110 Freeway as well as Western, just use 1^st Street. I always go back for my color and highlights /​color touchups as well as hair cuts. They’ve done chemical straightening on my hair too and I’ve really liked that, it’s been surprising how long it’s lasted on my fine, colored hair. My favorite is my the scalp massages with the shampoo, makes me feel like I could fall asleep– very relaxing. I’m very comfortable here and love my hair when I leave.
