Had a great experience here! Im generally very nervous going to see the dentist but Dr. Avaness made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole staff were so professional and nice, they all made me feel welcome. I’m ecstatic that I have found a dentist that I can trust! I now have great clean teeth!

Dr. Avaness is the king of root canals! I went in today as an emergency. I am usually terrified of dentists. I also had a hard time finding one I like. I found one I LOVE!!! He kept me calm while he worked on me. He just has a wonderful way about him. He knows exactly what he is doing and he does it exceptionally well. In fact, he goes above and beyond to provide the best care for his patients!!! The guy has a great sense of humor too! I definitely recommend him. Excellent dentist and excellent staff!!! Oh what an A team Dr. Avaness has!

This place is HORRIBLE. Rude staff. I made an apt and let them know I was in extreme pain, I have a broken tooth and exposed nerve. They took x rays and then informed me that technically they could save the tooth, therefore my insurance wouldn’t cover it. They told me what it would be in cash, then opened the door as to say get out. They sounded shady on the phone and I should have trusted my gut. I have NEVER felt more obligated to rate an establishment than with this sham of an office. Thanks for helping me with my tooth the day before Thanksgiving assholes. Another dentist office just saw me and shook their heads in disapproval after I told them what happened.

I just waited an hour and fourth five minutes in the dentist chair. I asked twice how much longer it would take for the dentist to do a cleaning and fix my bonding and both times I was told ten more minutes. The dentist finally cleaned my teeth and she did a very poor job. Plus the hygienist was not friendly. I will not be returning.

Dr. Avaness is awesome! I took my daughter to his office for the first time. He is really gentle and awesome with kids. Second visit to his office two thumbs up. His staff is awesome especially the front team ROCK! Back office are great too don’t get me wrong but I gotta give it to the front team two thumbs up!

Dr. Avaness is great! He explains what needs to be done step by step and answers all questions I may have. He is extremely thorough and cares about his patients. I’ve had bad run ins with other dentist and I’m very glad I found this office. My family and I will be coming here for many years to come. Everyone is very helpful and very professional. Scheduling is great and wait time to be called in is virtually nothing.

My family and I have been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and very sweet. Dr. Avaness is great. He is very patient and takes his time to answer any questions I may have. They only do what needs to be done and doesn’t try to force things that don’t need to be done just to rack up out of pocket expenses. My kids really enjoy coming to this office and never complain after treatment. They leave very happy and that makes me very happy. They do a great job with apt. times. I love that I don’t have to wait a long time to be called in. Everyone is very professional. I highly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Avaness and his staff was as good as it could be, given the state of my teeth and the fact that I’m terrified of dentists. Everyone was very kind, friendly, and patient with me so that my fear would be minimized. I was presented with a comprehensive care plan that detailed all the work to be done and the cost of each procedure. I was also given alternatives wherever available, and offered the opportunity to consider the cost and decide for myself what my budget can support. They even set me up with 0% financing. Dr. Avaness himself was extremely patient, even when things took longer than normal due to my fear (and weird shaped roots). If I had to go to the dentist, I’m not sorry I chose this one.

Dr. Avaness is amazing! Not only did he do excellent work, he helped me overcome my fear of the dentist. His staff is all very sweet, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Plus they only do what needs to be done, no one tries to upsell, or force other expensive procedures on you. Im totally happy here, and I’ll never go to another dentist. Thanks Dr. A!!!

Terrible, terrible Dentist. How does this place have so many positive reviews??? Awful office environment, dentist that tries to upsell you & convince you that you have all sorts of problems that you don’t, & incompetent staff that don’t bother to submit authorizations to insurance providers so that you can see necessary specialists. Wouldn’t go back here if you paid me. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist!

Had a dental emergency on a Saturday I called the office and they were closed but had Dr. Avaness number on their recordings in case of an emergency. I called left a message and he returned my call within 15 minutes. He gave me great instructions and said he would see me first thing Monday morning. Went in Monday Morning and he saw me right away and helped above and beyond. He is a perfectionist and extremely thorough and he truly cares about his patients. He’s not satisfied with his work until you are and you will be!

I had no issues with the dentist or the staff. My daughter was scared of having to get a couple of cavities filled. Her dentist was really nice and patient with my very nervous daughter. The dentist answered all of her questions and concerns before working on her teeth. Each appointment we have had so far we were seen in a timely manner. Every one working there are very nice and helpful and don’t mind you asking 100 questions you throw at them. Bottom line I committed 2 years to them

I have been coming here for years and Dr. Abaness has been nothing but great to me. He takes his time to answer all my questions and even goes out of his way to to give me expert advice on properly taking care of my teeth and any other issues I may have. The staff is awesome!!! I can call anytime with questions or concerns and get an immediate answer. They are very respectful and polite and I feel very comfortable with each visit. So far it has paid off no cavities… thanks Dr. Abaness you’re the best:)

I’ve had a bad run with dentist in the past. Not so much any more.
These guys are great. They’ve saved me so much money by doing what needs to be done and often going above and beyond what I need without raking up the out of pocket expenses.
Also, when work they’ve done has a problem it’s corrected right away with no charge.

This is the worse place you could go to. They are not considerate of you pain as they work. Talk about you like you’re a commoner. They over charge and let you battle it out. Poor poor customer service. I do not see people walking into this place twice. As you can read all one star ratings. I hope the rude doctor goes broke for it incompetent demeanor and workmanship

Yes I know they are remodeling. But the care you get with Dr Avaness is the best. He does what’s best for you not best for his pocket book!
He saved us over $ 20k in services to redo an entire mouth!!! I couldn’t say enough good things:)
They are funny and fun and there’s never a dull moment.
