I used to love this particular location and store in general, but the structure is changed, so they’re not as loose with their coupons and policies. The supervisors/​managers acted like I was stealing $$ from their pocket when I tried to use a coupon on more than one day (and the coupon didn’t say I couldn’t plus I’d been spending lots of $ there). The regular employees themselves are helpful though.

One of my favorite stores for big girl sizes! Great variety of styles and of course sizes from 10⁄12 through 34, I think. I love that the sizes are consistent and fit my size 14⁄16 frame.
I even found bracelets that fit over my big hands and wrists!!! YEA!
Customer service is ok… I get the best service when I ask questions and ask for help finding something. I encourage my large size girl friends to shop there!

One star is just for their product, other than that the customer service is non existence here. If they have a sale you will end up paying full price. And if you have to exchange anything they will tell you to come back some other time…
We have to drive to Torrance or Lakewood to their other locations to shop. And that’s sad.

Customer service is not something I feel they are big on. I was greeted when I walked in and pretty much that was it. Did like this store a few years ago… I will visit the store near me from now on.
