Martin Godinez’s professional culinary career has spanned over twenty years where he has specialized in fine dining, which includes national exposure from east to west coast and Europe. His experience includes some of the top restaurants in New York City, San Francisco, Palm Springs, corporate functions, event planning, buffet design, innovative menu conception, recipe development and teaching food presentation skills. Chef Martin is now bringing his culinary talent to your next event. His menus combine world class cuisine with the rustic simplicity of organic ingredients, utilizing local and seasonal foods. Chef Martin is passionate about bringing the finest food and flavors to all his clients as he believes we all deserve to have top-​notch cuisine at all times!

Chef Martin has worked and volunteered at some of the country’s outstanding events and organizations including the Winter Olympics, the US Open Tennis, United Jewish Federation and God’s Love We Deliver, to name but a few.
