If I still had my ppo insurance coverage I definitely would recommend staying w Dr Yee. Easy going, great cosmetic works, clean (rooms, equipment & trains everywhere) patti is a great hygenist & Mary (recently added to the team) shes wonderful hygenist as well I def could switch between them both for my teeth cleaning ;) Kriby has in office bleach which I love!

As a longtime client of Dr. Brian Hennesy, Dr. Yee had some awfully big shoes to fill. Kirby has done so and raised the bar.
Dr. Yee is everything you want in a dentist; personable, trustworthy, precise and extremely knowledgeable. When my infant daughter is ready to get her first check-​up there is no question where we are taking her.
We moved to the East Bay and still make the trip for cleanings or a cracked tooth. As the other reviewer noted he gave his office a much needed facelift (it had been the same for close to 20 years!). Nothing but glowing reviews for Dr. Kirby and if anyone has a question about him I will happily answer any questions that come my way.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kirby Yee for years now and can strongly recommend him to anyone. I’ve tried other dentists, including one only 5 minutes from my house, but I’ve always returned to him, even if it means driving 50 miles from Redwood City, where I live, to San Rafael.
Dr. Yee is everything you would want in a dentist: experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy and gentle. In fact, he is one of the few dentists that uses a high-​tech laser, which means no more drills, pain, or fear!!!
His rates are reasonable and unlike other dentists, he doesn’t up-​sell products and services that you don’t need to make a quick buck.
Dr. Yee’s recently remodeled practice is also family– and kid-​friendly. There is plenty of toys, magazines, and distractions for your kids in the waiting room!
