I thought I posted a review, but apparently I didn’t submit it correctly. We bought a vehicle last year (Apr 15) and the whole car buying experience here was not only the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car, but it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I found them online through the USAA Car Buying site and requested a quote for a 2010 GMC Yukon Denali XL 1500. Kevin responded very quickly and the next day we drove to San Ramon from Sacramento. As soon as we got there, the kids were excited because of the play area. We sat down with Kevin after we looked at the vehicle to talk numbers. I knew that the numbers would be high and we would be cutting it close with the new car payment. There was no pressure from Kevin and we decided that we would think about it overnight. The next day I told him that we would not be able to afford the payment. I thought that was the end of it, but the next day Israr called me and said that if we were still interested in buying the vehicle, he would try to work a deal for the financing and adjust the trade-​in price in order to make the payments more affordable, but only if I was serious about the vehicle. I agreed and they ended up getting us a great deal. We had been wanting a Denali for about 3 years, so it was a dream come true for us. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!

I shopped online for a used Porsche Boxster and found just what I wanted at Alexander Auto.
After viewing the car on their website, I stopped by to take a look at it and was pleasantly surprised at the low-​key, low-​pressure atmosphere. Israr showed me the car and within 5 minutes invited me to test drive it. Having never purchased a car on my own, I was a little worried about negotiating a price and trade-​in of my old car, but Kevin, the owner, was very helpful and patient when it came time to make the deal.

I purchased a 2011 Prius from Kevin a few days ago and didn’t want to write a review until I managed to thoroughly inspect the car. Now that I’ve put 300+ miles on the dash I think it’s safe to say that I have never been happier buying a used car in my entire life. I saw the car priced well below the market on
and couldn’t help but give this independent dealership a shot. I arrived without any heads up to make sure i saw the car for what it is without touching it up and I was literally amazed at how clean it was. Heck, I can honestly say that I was amazing by most of the cars on the lot. I know dealers detail their cars before resale but I swear to you that this place has the INSIDE of the rims cleaned as well. Quality far exceeded my wildest expectations as did the price that brought me. Dealing with Kevin was the cherry on top and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the transaction went. Extremely low pressure environment and Kevin is as genuine as they come. All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase and will watch their website for my next SUV. Wow! After dealing with several dealerships in the area Alexander Auto is by far top notch. Kevin in one word well maybe two would be super dope! He honestly gave me the very best price offer on my trade in and had a no hassle process. I felt totally comfortable through the entire process. Unfortunately we ended up not purchasing the vehicle I had my eye on and settled for a more efficient SUV but that is the only reason we didn’t finalize business with Alexander’s. If you are in the market for a new vehicle go see Kevin. He will take great care of you.

A great shop from which to buy a quality used car at great prices, and Kevin was the best car salesman I worked with in a long while. He is informative, friendly and did not pressure us at all. I highly recommend him.

Kevin and Israr run a relaxed, unpressured, take your time style kind of business, which I appreciate in a car dealer. Forthright, professional, clear, and pleasant to deal with. When it came time to pick up my car, they came to get me at the Bart station, making the experience getting a car from the City or East Bay more manageable.
Due to a computer error, the car I bought was mis-​advertised as a different model, which I unfortunately didn’t catch until a couple days later. Although not legally required to do so, Kevin allowed me to return the car and get a refund (which was no simple task for either of us). I was impressed by this level of integrity, and would recommend them to anybody looking for a car.

My overall experience with the team at Alexander Auto has been great from the beginning to end! My husband and I traveled from Sacramento, CA. to purchase my car (Lexus RX 350). We left Sacramento around 5:00pm and we didn’t arrive until a little after 7:00pm due to the 5:00 o’clock hour traffic and poor weather (rain). Alexander Auto waited patiently for us… and we didn’t get out of there until close to 10:00pm!
I have to agree Alexander Auto has professional and personable customer service. Throughout our experience my husband and I did not feel the typical «sales pitch» or «sales pressure». Most importantly, my sales contract terms and conditions were explained to me clearly and thoroughly. I UNDERSTOOD what I was agreeing to and that made me feel like I’ve made the right purchase and that night I drove my car home feeling wonderfully blessed!

Buying a car is usually stressful, but not at Alexander Auto! No pressure, no annoying sales tactics, just genuine good service! I test drove a car I saw online, fell in love with it, and bought it that same day. Quick, in and out experience! Staff is very friendly and helpful!
A week after buying the car, on a SUNDAY, something driver related caused all my oil to spill out. The owner, Kevin, had me tow the car to their mechanic and it was fixed and just like brand new the very next day — less than 24 hours later! Talk about customer service! You can’t find that anywhere else these days! Alexander Auto TRULY cares about their customers, and it shows.

, and shot Kevin a message. He seemed very friendly and low-​pressure via email and text, so I headed over in the next day or two. They were super helpful, and got me into the car I wanted! took my trade in, and was super friendly and awesome. Low pressure, great car. BUY HERE!

I typically don’t like buying cars as it always seems like a high pressure situation, but not at Alexander Auto. Kevin Wood was terrific and helped us with every step of the purchase, no back room manager or finance guys. Additionally, he was quick to respond to emails and really knew his product and let us take our time making our decision. From start to finish everything went smoothly and I would definitely purchase from Alexander Auto again and recommend them to anyone seriously looking for a good car at a good price.

I was in need of a car and KNEW I was not going to be able to stomach a brand new car with the drive off depreciation and the hassle of spending the day at a lot. I remembered my car mechanic telling me I should go see Alexander Auto and drove over there. I was greeted by the owner and after about 2 min I had keys in my hand and taking a few of his cars for a test drive. first one I drove was the one I ended up buying. He even made that simple. I swear I was at his office under an hour. Took the car home and later that day he came by with all the paperwork for us to finish the transaction.

What a breath of fresh air Kevin was, I was buying a used car and for 3 months had a horrible experience with all of the used dealers that I was in contact with, some much worse then others. That is when I found Alexander Auto. Wow ‚! Family man, very honest, trusting, you actually can believe what he says. This is the place to get a used car! Great experience with Kevin Wood, not only did he get us into a nice car at a great price but he made the whole process effortless. We arrived to check out the car and within a minute he was throwing us the keys to take it for a spin. After getting back we did some paperwork as he was finding us a good interest rate for financing the car. After all was said and done my wife and myself left knowing we went to the right place! oh and before I forget Kevin even went above and beyond to find us an even lower interest rate on the vehicle the next day. I just purchased a vehicle from Alexander Auto and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The process wasn’t lengthy, we were pretty much in and out within a couple hours. I already had financing when I walked in, but Kevin was able to get me the same low interest rate, and a higher loan amount. Kevin Wood, the owner of Alexander Auto was extremely helpful in both finding me my new car and helping sell my old one. He got me the best price I could hope for on my old car while getting my new car at the lowest price possible (2007 BMW 328i). The car is in exquisite condition and passed all inspections with flying colors. Not only that but he ensured that the tires were in almost new condition prior to selling me the car. The prices he offers on his cars are extremely low for the quality of vehicle he gets, he does not sell cars that require work, all the cars he sells are immaculate and in perfect mechanical condition. I am very thankful to Kevin for helping me get the car I wanted.
