We found Erin through Unilocal,about a month before our wedding, to help with preparations. It had been just a few weeks since we finalized our venue, and we had quite a lot left to do (catering, cake, photography, music, flowers, wedding dress, …). Erin got started immediately and was very organized & pro-​active. She helped us with finalizing vendors, arranging tastings, and working closely with the venue and all vendors to make sure everything was seamless for our big day. On the day itself, Erin and her staff were on top of everything — helping with set up, greeting guests, taking care of cards/​gifts, checking in with us, etc. I would highly recommend Erin to anyone who is looking for an event coordinator. She’s a very nice person and was a pleasure to work with — I don’t think we could have ended up with as smoothly run an event without her help!

When talking with a friend who was recently married about tips for planning my own wedding the one thing she told me was, «Get a day of coordinator and if you can, get Erin!» I immediately sought out Erin and made contact. Erin went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. She attended meetings with different vendors with me and my husband, she called me regularly to check on wedding details and also allowed me to vent normal frustrations to her. She was always so helpful and calming. After a meeting with Erin my husband told me that Erin was the best money we spent on our wedding (boy was he right!). The day of our wedding Erin was wonderful! I left a bag in my hotel with the flower girls’ shoes and other important things. She had a staff go to my hotel and pick up the items. She was with me every step of the way on my wedding day and when I noticed things misplaced (like the bar) I had every confidence in her that she would make it right once I told her… and SHE DID! We were so appreciative of her hard work and dedication to us on the months and days leading up to our big day, the day its self and even after when she took the time to debrief with us and meet with me personally. I recommend Erin and her staff to anyone needing help with any event! They are amazing.

We hired Erin as our wedding planner. Erin and her staff were absolutely awesome on the day of our wedding and during all the planning leading up to it. Erin helped us select vendors, put together the timeline and made sure that we were within our budget. Erin was extremely friendly and very responsive. She was easy to get a hold of, was always willing to meet with us and provided us with good advice.
My wife really liked how Erin took everything down reception and carefully placed it into boxes so when we woke up the following day we did not have to anything clean up!

I emailed Erin for Day of Coordinator based on all the great reviews on Unilocal.
However, I haven’t heard from her yet and it has been 4 days. I do not appreciate the non responsiveness. I understand she might be busy but ignoring your potential client is just not professional. I will not be using her service.

Amazing! Erin is the real deal when it comes to wedding planner. My mother is a type A and also does events but for my wedding wanted to relax. Erin let her to just that. I never had a doubt or stress over how my wedding would turn out. I knew from the start I was in good hands. I can say Erin made my wedding the best! I gave her the details of what I wanted and wow did she deliver. She had a timeline of the day and night and everything was on time from 7am-​12am. That’s when you know you got a great planner.
I never once felt like I was out of touch with Erin. She always responded to e-​mails, texts and phone calls very quickly. If you are getting married and in need of a event/​wedding planner you could do no wrong with Erin.

Erin is amazing. Period. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner/​event coordinator, I can say with no reservation that hiring Erin was the best thing we did.
Erin has great taste, is very detail-​oriented, organized and personable, and is in touch with great vendors. I cannot imagine what I would have done without her expert advice, planning assistance and day of wedding coordination.
During the planning process, she always made herself available; she was so responsive! Not only did she help create the vision I had for my wedding, she was there for me when I was overwhelmed and indecisive. On my wedding day, she made sure everything was perfect and it certainly was. My husband and I still talk about our wedding day and how much fun we had and we have Erin to thank for that.

Just as I thought, Erin and her team really delivered on our wedding day!
There were a few logistical hiccups that arose when my hair and makeup took 1.5 hours longer than anticipated (!!!) Without missing a beat, Erin arranged for our guests to enjoy the cocktail hour before the ceremony! It was a smooth transition and a good time was had by all.
Erin and her staff handled everything with such grace and professionalism.
Simply put, Allora made our dream wedding a reality.

I can’t imagine what planning my wedding and the actual wedding day would have been like without Erin. From the first meeting with her she had a way of calming me and making me look forward to our wedding even more. She was so helpful and resourceful with the day of coordination planning. My now husband is so thankful for her too because he knew when we hired her that all the planning pressure was not going to be on us (me) anymore and there was going to be a person who knows every detail of the wedding besides myself — and that’s exactly what Erin did! On the actual wedding day, Erin went above and beyond and did things I wasn’t expecting her to help us with. Our wedding day was perfect in our eyes and I know it would not have been that way if Erin and her team were not there behind the scenes working hard and making things happen. She is truly amazing and the best gift we had during our wedding planning and day.

When I started off the wedding planning process I thought I could do it without a coordinator. It wasn’t until part way through when I received multiple suggestions from recent brides that I reached out to Erin. After our first meeting I was already convinced that I 100% got my money’s worth. Erin helped me through the details I would never have thought to worry about and kept me on track with planning. She was super friendly, easy to work with and gave me peace of mind which in the wedding planning process is truly invaluable.
If I thought Erin was great in the planning process leading up to the wedding, I was even more blown away when it came to the day of the wedding. People kept telling me I needed a coordinator on the day of so myself and my family could just enjoy the night and they were right. I heard stories about brides friends/​families getting upset for the amount of set up they had to do before the wedding, family members getting angry because they missed out on pictures and people missing out on reception traditions because timelines weren’t followed. Well, I didn’t have to worry about any of this because Erin made sure everything was taken care of and my wedding day went off without a hitch. I didn’t worry about one set-​up or logistical item.
I truly believe my day wouldn’t have been as wonderful as it was without Erin and I am so grateful. I don’t usually write reviews but this is the least I could do for her and future brides out there that are hoping their day is everything they dreamed! My advice if you’re wedding planning — Call Erin ASAP!

Erin did a wonderful job as day-​of coordinator for our wedding. We had done all the planning, but wanted someone to keep the day moving smoothly, and to be the point-​person and first line of defense in case anything came up.
Erin was understanding about our budget, always initiated and was on time for meetings and conversations, and was flexible about meeting with us in person, on the phone, or even Skype.
In addition, Erin was super organized, offered helpful suggestions without ever being pushy, listened to what we had to say, and dealt well with all of our other vendors
She really took all the pressure off of us being the point-​people on the day of our wedding. We also appreciated the little details that she paid attention to, like her emergency kit, with floss, granola bars, safety pins, and 50 million other items, as well as how she gathered all the cards as they were put out so that they didn’t blow away.
I would highly recommend Erin to anyone who wants a little peace of mind for their wedding day!

My wife and I interviewed a bunch of wedding planners and decided to go with Erin as our wedding planner.
Planning
She was affordable and consistently communicated with us up until our wedding day. She totally caters to the bride and groom. She made every appointment with us and was always on time. Erin was able to listen to our requirements and give suggestions on having a smooth stress free wedding. She’s also very good at working within a budget. She has simple and effective documents which made the planning phase a breeze.
Wedding Day
We also had Erin on our wedding day to coordinate all aspects of the wedding. She showed up on time, said she would have helpers which she did. All were professional and a joy to work with. She was able to work with caterer, dj, florist and mc without issues. Erin also locked up our wedding gifts without any missing. She stayed the entire night and made sure we were able to pack up and leave the venue on time.
Our wedding was about 360 people at the San Francisco Design Center. I’m sure I’m missing more but you won’t be disappointed with Erin.

I am writing to recommend Erin Russo as a wedding coordinator. I worked with Erin Russo as a coordinator for our wedding in September 2011 at the Legion of Honor. Erin was professional, punctual, and very efficient at getting all the details ironed out. She made our rehearsal and wedding day seamless, and I would use her again to organize another large event for my friends and family.

I hired Erin for my wedding planner. My sister hired her and she was AMAZING! I already knew the moment I got engaged that I was going to hire Erin. well, I knew before I was actually engaged. She is very orgainzed and helpful. I already know that the day of my wedding (June 22, 2012) I will have nothing to worry about and that she will take care of everything for Josh and I!

A friend of mine used Erin for her wedding in 04 and my friend’s wedding was nice and organized. I knew when I got engaged that I would be hiring her, and that’s exactly what I did when I got engaged!
The day of my wedding I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Phil and I both had a stress free day because of her. She made sure all the vendor showed up, set everything up, and made sure Phil and I had everything we needed. When I walked into my reception and I seen how beautiful all my tables were, I was so happy. Everything had turned out just as we planned.

ERIN IS AMAZING!
I was married on May 29^th, 2009 at Wente Vineyards in Livermore California and thanks to Erin, I had a stress free wedding!
Meeting with Erin to work on the planning was so much fun. She had so many great ideas. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and that makes her even better at her job. After meeting with Erin, she knew exactly what I wanted the ceremony and reception to look like and made it all happen.
Even though Wente provided a «coordinator» for the day, I was so happy to have Erin there. I knew her priority was me and my wedding and that was such a relief on what could have been an extremely stressful day.
Erin is an amazing coordinator… she really did make the day perfect!
