Awedacious Salon & Spa – Rosa Pope

This was the worst hair salon experience I have EVER had. We took my toddler to get his haircut there and the only reason we went was because we followed Kim, a stylist who used to work at a salon that we used to go to that closed down. I have to say that Kim is super sweet and does a good job, but what made this experience horrible was the attitude and rudeness of the owner. From the moment we walked in she was giving us dirty looks (not sure if she’s racist or she just hates kids). Any ways, we walked over to Kim who started cutting my son’s hair. My son is a toddler, so he was naturally scared and was crying. The owner literally said, «You should stop torturing your child.» Then Kim said that she was almost done, so we asked her to just finish up. My son was still crying, so the owner came back and rudely ordered Kim to stop and said, «he is disturbing the other customers!» What other customers?!! The place was completely empty… literally like a ghost town and I now know why. So then my son ended up with an incomplete haircut and we still paid full price for it. No offer for money back since we didn’t get to finish. Whether you have kids or not, don’t go to Awe-​dacious. The customer service is just awful.
