Dudes a schmuck. No call no show on a job we had booked a week in advance. He offered a great quote then never showed up. At this point I would have paid his competition the $ 20 more to come handle this. Don’t waste your time call 1 800 GOT JUNK in Walnut Creek instead. Thanks for the help Chris!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience — Chris was meeting me at 7pm at someone’s house to pick up a couch that he knew needed to be out today. At 6:15 he text me that he would be an hour late — ok, so now we are planning on 8pm. At 7:45 I called him and he still needed another hour — ok — now the plan is for 9pm. At 8:45 I text, I called — no response — I tried for an hour … No show. No call. I feel awful for the person I was getting the couch from !!! Chris — this was just AWFUL !!! By the way, I had to click on 1 star to post -/​/​does not deserve 1 star!

Feeling frantic with no options due to a last minute move, Chris the Dude, saved the day! Called Chris at 4:30pm, he was there in less than 2 hours with Kevin. They swung by after finishing another load and didn’t even flinch at our couch, bed, garage and yard stuff we just couldn’t move. No other company could do same day pick up so last minute, let alone within two hours for a reasonable price and great service. Chris, the Dude, is THE DUDE! Highly recommended!!! Thanks guys

Chris and his employee are professional, efficient, and organized. He came to my house the same day I called him, which was awesome. He hauled an old tub tub, gazebo, and misc. items that were no longer used. His prices were reasonable. He followed through by being on time and getting the job done right. I would totally recommend using him for hauling or moving projects.

Wow that was easy. I sent a text with a photo of some garden waste we needed hauling. Chris sent a text back with a quote within 3 mins. He set up a time for the same day and they were here on time, very polite, very professional. Cleared everything we had agreed and were on their way. A real pleasure to deal with such a great local business.

I called Chris this morning and he was available to pick up two huge old desks — same day. He showed up early, was very friendly and professional — the desks were gone within minutes. Pretty sure it doesn’t get any better than this.

He’s so professional, pleasant, easy going, hard working, and a pleasure to work with, I wanted to jump online and start looking for big stuff to buy so I could get him to come back and do more work. Chris is THE dude! Very polite, professional, communicative, very fair pricing, and for someone who deals with junk & chaos he is extremely organized and efficient.
We had to clean out the garage/​attic of remnants from my in-​laws and there was a $#!T ton of stuff. We also live in the middle of nowhere in San Ramon. With that said we didn’t know what to expect. We called a couple of people. One guy flaked on us for the estimate, another guy cost way too much, but Chris was reasonable, easy to talk to, and an overall nice Dude ;)
We appreciated him calling us to tell us he was running behind because of an earlier job. Our experience has been that any contractor we hire usually just shows up when they do, leaving us waiting or causing us call for an ETA. Not Chris.
Very happy and will use him again.

He knows what do wah diddy means. An ardent and diligent worker. Sophisticated, debonair and urbain. Still some have the audacity to doubt this man’s veracity and vilify his vernacular. No, you may not touch him just be grateful he has touched your heart. No autographs. No photographs, please. You may buy them at the front desk.

Chris is awesome! They cleared away a bunch of junk for us and for a good price, with same day service on top of that! They are extremely nice, helpful and I would definitely call them again.

I called on Monday morning because I needed help picking up a new couch in San Francisco, moving that couch to Oakland, and then getting rid of our old couch. All that same evening. Chris’ quote for both services was a lot less than if I’d rented a truck and got junk hauling separately.
Chris is very friendly and personable and our new couch arrived without a scratch. The entire time it took from when Chris showed up in the city to getting our old couch out the door was an hour. ONE HOUR.

My parents finally got a new set of couches but we were having the darnedest time trying to find what to do w/​the old ones. The frames were still sturdy but they needed reupholstering… which unfortunately meant ZERO charities had interest… our only option was the dump
After my dad unknowingly made an appt w/​a place that was a complete rip off, I demanded he cancel that appt & took charge of the situation
I spent *hours* calling around & getting equally obscene quotes… man is life different in the East Bay. I’ve never had this issue in SF!
Chris was our savior. He literally called within 30 sec of my voicemail & said he could come right away… we didn’t need removal for a few days & he was flexible to wait
Chris was the cheapest quote around & he was available when we needed him — came when he said he would come & the removal was nice & quick & hassle free
Can’t get any better than that!
