I am a Direct Lender and a Mortgage Broker. As a Direct Lender we have the ability to lend directly with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA. We also have the privilege of being Delegated Underwriters for several large national banks which gives us the great Jumbo pricing to be competitive while allowing us to keep the file in-​house and retain high customer service levels and turn times to get loans closed quickly. As a Mortgage Broker, when a loan doesn’t fit neatly inside guidelines we are able to broker the loan out to one of several lending institutions which we work with.

History

Established in 1998.

I got started in the mortgage industry in 1998. After graduating from SFSU in 1996 I went to work in the insurance and financial services industry until changing to mortgages full time.

What I loved about the mortgage industry is the excitement I would see from helping people buy their first home. Since then I’ve expanded my business to understand and handle many different types of transactions. After all these years, what still brings me the most satisfaction about my industry is still helping first time buyers.
