Tammy was referred to me for her competency in regard to the law and her presence in court, by an accountant friend that had worked with her on previous divorce cases. I elected to retain Tammy for her attitude towards me. She was very patient at explaining the situation and the possible outcomes… after all, I felt very vulnerable and completely out of my element as this was my first divorce and hopefully the last one!

We used Tammy for mediation of our divorce, and initially I thought she was reasonable in helping us work out our differences. But then I lost my job and we needed to renegociate our settlement while I had no income, and she immediately changed the rules entirely. Instead of saying the dissomaster should be the basis of any agreement, she now asked how much my ex-​wife felt like being paid, independent of the dissomaster guidance. Seems she’s unable to apply CA law equally to both men and women, and I think that’s a critical flaw for any couples seeking her advice.
