We always visit the site to learn your specific needs and review the existing conditions. We produce basic drawings as required for our use in preparing a bid. The duration of a project depends on the scope of work and the lead times for various project materials to arrive. We provide detailed schedules on all major projects, and keep clients updated. In 1983 Mo H started his own contracting business and development company. Mo H continued to work at his fathers construction company until 1996 when his father passed. We have been building projects together since. Our vast experience and attention to detail has given us a reputation for fine quality construction and unmatched finish qualities. We have satisfied demanding clients in Los Angeles, San Francisco bay and surrounding areas. M&M Construction (CA State Lic. #850 515) has performed quality construction — on time and within budget — on any kind of project.
