RUN! Dr. Scott left me deformed. Went in for routine deviated septum repair and he totally jacked up my nose. Now I need to pay thousand out of pocket for a revision and my nose will never be as good as it was before the surgery. Please, heed my advice. The changes he will make are FOREVER!

Really bad experience with this office. They book an appointment as a new patient fully aware I have Medicare and even after I’ve sent them new patient forms reflecting my insurance. I get to my appt to be told they don’t accept it. Boy was I hot ! This is the 3rd time driving 30 miles to see a doctor in the same area just to get turned away because of incompetence! Oh and this lady in this ENT office was smiling like the Sh — t was funny apologizing!!! My primary doctor referred me which I trusted would verify insurance before referring me. Want things done right you have to do your job and everyone else’s too!

First time to an ENT, and wasn’t sure what to expect. Once I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and took care of me right away. The front staff seemed well organized and educated on what to do. Once in the room, I waited for about fifteen minutes for the Dr to see me, but once he walked in, my experience was phenomenal! Dr. Scott listened to me, offered advice, and genuinely cared to treat my ailments to the best of his ability. I didn’t feel rushed, or not taken seriously, which is what I encounter with most doctors. I am happy with the care the entire staff provided, and recommend his office to anyone looking for an ENT.

Dr. Scott was extremely thorough and very professional. He has a way of putting you at ease with his warm nature and kind words. Both my son and I have been seen by him. His staff was courteous, I was able to schedule an appointment easily and was seen on time. I would highly recommend him.

He’s not the most personable doctor but he gets the job done. His bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. He spent most of our meeting tapping on his laptop. I did notice that he is well credentialed and my treatment with him ended up being fine, albeit with complications introduced by the anesthesiologist.
