Specialties
I specialize in Reverse Mortgages. My goal is to provide each homeowner with reverse mortgage education and information, giving them the tools and knowledge needed to make an informed decision about our products. I provide a simple, no pressure approach.
I am a licensed Reverse Mortgage Advisor with Security One Lending, throughout Northern California. I originate only Reverse Mortgages. I do not offer any other financial products. By converting some home equity into a line of credit or another method in using the loan proceeds, homeowners have more options during retirement. My goal is to provide each homeowner with some education and information, giving them the knowledge needed to make an informed decision about our reverse mortgage products.
History
Established in 2006.
Security One Lending, headquartered in San Diego, Ca is the largest retail provider of Reverse Mortgages nationally, as measured by new closed reverse mortgages. Licensed in 42 states, we also service all of our closed mortgages internally. We are not a broker, or a call center operation – we handle the transaction from the discovery/education phase usually in person with the homeowner (s), through the loan process and closing. Our success can be attributed to the lowest rates and fees in the marketplace, and excellent face to face customer service.
