I used J&B Artscape service last year and John did a great job on my services that I needed. The issue I ran into this year is that I call John to provide the same services and he came by to price it and schedule it. But no show for a few weeks and after a couple calls and no return calls from him, so I call in another company for the same price and did a great job.
John does a great job when he show up, but getting to hold to the schedule is a problem and his lack of keeping the customer inform. I hope he does better moving forward with other customers.
