Bank of America

As a preferred customer this bank is always extremely slow, every time I come here I do get good service but time as money and they always make me wait forever, I don’t understand why since I’m always fast when meeting with the managers… Frustrating!!!

I consider this location my branch. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Roxana is the best and often gives out open appointments to avoid waiting in line! It gets a lot of traffic since it’s located at the Las Americas Outlet mall, but the Tellers move quickly.
I personally am fond of how they handle their customers with business accounts. I’m sure they have many since they are located at the mall. I haven’t had any particular issues here that are beneath the umbrella of Bank of America as a whole, so we’re good. They have a drive thru ATM that I frequent often. They also have 2 standard walk-​up ATM machines.
Drivers be careful. Pedestrians are walking everywhere in this area as there are many public transportation routes nearby. They even walk up to the drive thru ATM machines due to the long lines at the walk-​up ATM. Check all mirrors and blindspots.

Of course I work at the Las Americas Outlet, but since I’m so OLD FASHION, I still like to pick up my paycheck stub!
However, my paycheck isn’t available until 3pm. on Fridays. Usually other banks close at 5 or earlier, but LUCKILY this one was open until 6pm, and the fact that there was MAJOR traffic on black friday. Worst Nightmare ever… anyway, off topic.
This bank is in the same parking lot as the outlet and this bank was empty, hardly any customers, but the tellers here welcomed me with a smile and friendly service and useful information on opening a bank account.
I truly appreciate customer service, and that’s what I received here. Thank you (:
