One of the worst places to store your belongings. I was storing a motor home at one of their parking spaces and I was told by the manager Monique Q Padilla that the complex is very secured with cameras and night rounds of complex by security. It was all bullshit! my motor home was hit and nobody saw nothing and the cameras where not working for i don’t know how long. The so called manager was never available or I was told that I just missed her. now I am stuck with a $ 500 deductible and the complex is not assuming responsibility. I recommend to stay away from this place.

I was lured in by the free month. You pay for the month your in, I believe mine was 9/​6, and was told I was paid through Nov 1st but was sent a lien notice in mid October, including late fees and lien fees. I called to speak to the manager she is never there and never available and refuses to call back. When I signed my agreement I asked them to make my payment serve as my notice to move because. I didn’t think I’d need it two months.
Well through their extortion tactics (pay or lose your stuff) I paid but asked to see the manager again, but again no manager, and no call back. I’ve called there and nobody will answer at all.
I really can’t see anything good about the experience so I would definitely try somewhere else
