My granddaughter and I have been coming here for a year, today upon arriving using my last of 1 of our 10
punchcard was considering purchasing another. Only 1 bounce house out 4 was operating, we waited for more bounce houses to be turned on finally I asked
she turned on I more? Ok my grand daughter asked why not all of then I
asked again I more she said when there
are not a lot of children they don’t use
all of them? We were very disappointed
not sure if we will return? She did have her
Birthday Party there last year too.

Fun indoor place on a rainy day to let the kiddos get their energy. This place is one of the best kid type in this price point we’ve been too. My only suggestion is to have real young ones wear gripper socks because some of the floor is cement and slippery.

Nice place to take the kids. But gets over crowded when there’s birthday parties. The staff are very sweet. And the jungle gym is awesome. Arcade games are decent. But I give it 4 stars.

Not too impressed with this place and not sure how long it’ll actually be around. The huge jungle gym is nice and the kids seem to have fun, but the place as a whole is pretty run down. There are no mats for the kids to run on and lots of areas where they can slip running around. Some of the areas where they have construction or toys which are not kid friendly, are not blocked off. The arcade area is a complete rip off as many of them don’t work or eat your $. Don’t use the M&M machine, bc you’ll literally get two for a quarter. I would not recommend this place to a friend. Has potential.

We had a birthday party here for our now 5 year old son and the kids had a BLAST! This is one of thee BEST places for a kid’s birthday on the peninsula. The kids had fun, had physical activity and spent time with their friends. My son was very happy.
There is a variety of entertainment for kids of all ages. Jump houses, inflatable slide, arcade games, and more. A great play structure overhead which the kids loved. My 12 year old and her friends even had a great time.
Several of the parents that attended said how great it was for their kids. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs. The private party room upstairs is an extra benefit. Quiet and removed from the play area it was the perfect place to have the kids eat lunch and have cake.
If you are looking for safety concerns you will find them anywhere. We oversee our young kids just like we watch them at the park. We were very satisfied with this environment and it was a much better option than our home.
I appreciated the online waiver that the guest could fill out ahead of time. This is common practice in many of the trampoline and jump party places in the bay area.
Excellent place for a kids party… Just my opinion.
Try it out with an open mind and your kids will love it!

We had a great time here. This place served its purpose to get my kids nice and tired. I would give 5 stars if the storage area was sectioned off. There was a forklift open to the public. But that’s the only down fall. There is a little room with comfy couches and cartoons and small toys for the toddlers. We didn’t do the games so I can’t review the games but the the place is simple and clean. Bathroom was clean too. We didn’t have to pay for our 18month old even though she enjoyed all the jump things. $ 8 each for my 4 and 5 year old. Food looked unappealing even though we were starving. We didn’t buy any. They have a basketball, slide, and gladiator jumper as well as a normal jumper along with a huge play structure.

Great place for a party. We did bring extra people to help and that was a big plus since this place is so big. The kids love the structure and slide. Be sure and bring plenty of quarters for the games though. We were even able to BBQ outside for all the friends and relatives.

I read reviews about this place and was hesitant to give it a try. I found that the employees were perfectly fine especially the young woman working the counter who was very friendly. The facilities had two bouncy castles, a bouncy arena type thing and an inflatable slide as well as a really large commercial indoor play structure and an arcade. I did find several things to be very concerning though. The first is their waiver. You fill it out on a computer and it only requires one parent’s signature. It also is binding for any future visits. Specifically stated in addition to the standard liability waiver are some really crazy things such as not holding the business liable even for negligence on the part of the employees to properly maintain and ensure the safety of the equipment and premises, a promise to pay for all court related expenses should you decide to sue any way and a long list of other cop outs on the part of the business to ensure the safety of their customers within their facilities.
After I entered the building fully and had a look aroundI quickly saw why they want no accountability. Where the play area should have been eith open in the back with no equipment stored there or closed off to prevent access it was instead used to store extra blowers, a lift and other things that could be a hazard. The worst part was that this area was right next to the toddler play zone that specifically stated it was for children three and under. The entrances to the bounce areas all have rubber mats but the rest of the facility is bare concrete. Because children are required to remove their shoes and should be in socks for hygenic purposes this poses a serious threat to slipping and falling.
I can’t rate the arcade because we didn’t use it but other than the serious safety concerns my three year old son had fun. I would have given it four and a half stars if it had appropriate flooring and a storage area that was not in the kid’s play structure. I suggest to the owners that they walk next door to Costco and pick up an inexpensive storage shed and a lock if they don’t have room inside the facility to store excess equipment. I understand that small businesses are tight on money and that it must be especially difficult in this area of California but your customer’s safety should always be your first priority especially when they are children. A good, clean and safe facility will make for happy customers when their children have burnt off excess energy. An unsafe and dirty facility will always lead to a bad reputation, loss of business and eventually a failed business.

I took my daughter to Jump Around for her 10^th birthday and it was FUN! The staff was really kind and we had a pleasant experience! LOVED it and I would go back again!

3 main issues: 1.) the place is incredibly cluttered and unclean, 2.) the owner was beyond unhelpful and incredibly rude, 3.) their «party services» are a total rip off
I was there for almost 2 hours, and the entire time, there was a dirty sock lying in the middle of the «arcade area»… gross right? The owner was very unprofessional, rude and completely greedy with his business practices. If this place was clean and organized, and the staff were the LEAST bit attentive, I wouldn’t mind putting up the money for it, but that’s not the case at all. Big let down!

This place is dirty, filthy and unsanitary. The staff should maintain the bathrooms. The floors are wet there’s gum and candy and stuff on the floors. Cobwebs up the walls. It’s an old warehouse with jump houses in it. Some of the staff is very rude. Its not a safe environment for children at all. At least put some mats on the concrete floor. Half of the games work and the ones that do work are out of tickets. I would recommend Chuck E Cheese over this place any day.

I have been to a handful of places like this and this is hands down the worst place I’ve been to.
Cons:
–dirty and unorganized. Cabinets, dirty boxes behind the counter and it smelled horrible.
–this place cares very little about safety. My 1 yr old found his way to one of those hydraulic lifts. Too many areas with no mats! They have an area for piñatas which also happened to be right next to another party. Piñata and candy were flying all over the place. I would’ve been pissed if that was my table.
–it was always cold in there.
Pros:
Awesome jungle gym. It was big and my kids had a blast.
It was so unorganized that the kids just went straight to playing back in the gym after the party. Usually you have set hours but it seemed they didn’t have any.
This place has potential, but it needs a lot of work. The awesome thing about these places is the ability to let your kids run freely without worrying. And this place definitely didn’t let me do that.

Went here for the second time yesterday, I have a daughter that is 4 and my son is 2 years old they absolutely love running around the play structure and from jumping house to jumping house I even join in on the fun love the memories this place will embed in my children. I gave four stars because they have a arcade coins jammed, skee ball has only a few balls which should have counted 9 the car racing games are jammed with quarters reminds me of chucky cheese machines always out of order.

Place was dirty and the owner was rude. When I asked if they offer military discount his response was: «I can’t afford to offer a military a discount». I took pictures of the place but Unilocal took them down. They said «it didn’t represent the place». Well, how could it not represent the place when I took pictures of the place while I was inside of the place? lol. Anyway… they have some rooms that are blocked off by some old lockers (I think this place used to be warehouse or gym before). Inside is a bunch of junk. I mean real junk like broken stuff and tools. The door was not locked and kids could go in and out at their leisure. Very unsafe. I tried to post those pics here… but Unilocal didn’t like them. The birthday rooms were filthy with mismatched furniture and with huge cob webs going up the whole length of their high ceilings.

For the love of Gosh, put mats on the floor. The cement is super slick and the kids are required to wear socks, so they constantly slip and fall. At the bottom of the tube slide there is no mat or carpet and kids regularly fly off of it and bump their heads. This place needs to invest in floor mats or they will probably be investing in lawsuits. Good for older kids, for the 3 and under crowd I would think twice before bringing your child here.

This place is awesome. The kids have an amazing time. They have a variety of jumpers, a play structure and also have an arcade.
I would recommend you take your kids here for a good time and to burn some energy:)

Big! Lots of room for jump houses and kids of all ages. The climbing structure is enormous and opens this weekend finally! Three party rooms, you can have your own food (important for parents of kids with allergies) and there’s wifi for moms and dads. Owners are very nice. Place is clean and they keep it up all day. We are on our second frequent flyer card (10 visits for $ 55) already.

I wish I could leave a negative star review. I have came to this place three times and all three times I’ve been lied to about the play structure being opened. There is no padding around the jump houses; VERY unsafe. They say they open at 10am, yet you arrive at 10:30 and one jump house out of five are inflated. They tell you date after date of when the play structure will be open, yet it NEVER IS. It’s filthy, unsafe, and unfair with the information provided to paying customers. DO NOT take your children here.

I booked my daughters birthday party about a month ago and was told by a few different employees including the owner himself that the large play structure which takes up more than half of the play area would be finished by my daughters birthday party date. When we arrived on the party date that was not true. A member of my family actually went in three days before and asked him and he told her it would be done by that saturday. Of coarse when we confronted him about it did not «recall» those conversations. None the less, i felt a bit cheated. He made me feel as if i was making this up, but in actuality, he was lying to cover it up.
I didn’t feel like they appreciated our business what so ever. We chose this for my daughters 2^nd birthday thinking it would be a fun and safe environment. No one greeted us when we arrived or thanked us when we left. No one notified us when our food arrived they just stuck it on the table, they didnt make sure we had enough plates, or asked if we needed anything. For the amount you pay thats the least they can do. One child fell right out if a jump house on to the concrete floor and got a bloody lip while we were there. I paid An extra $ 30 to have the party room for an Additional half an hour and half an hour before we were supposed to leave in the middle of us enjoying my daughters cake some one came in and asked us if we were ready to pack up and started cleaning up and throwing things away without asking… How polite. Once we were all done we walked out without Anyone saying anything to us. Im just tired of getting crappy customer service And will not do business with people who will lie to you to make a sale… Totally not worth it.

I came here yesterday with my son and was very disappointed and quite frankly shocked at the facility. It is very unsafe for children. There is no padding or even carpet around the jump houses, I witnessed a child fall out of one of them and into the cement floor and was bleeding from his mouth. I did not even see anyone come to clean it up. There is a large play structure in the middle of the facility that was closed. It seems like they opened to soon, they should have finished setting everything up and opened when everything was completed. It is also very expensive and the staff was very unfriendly.
