History
Established in 2014.
At Personal Chef Crystal in Sand City, California, we believe meals can be simple, healthy, full-flavored and satisfying without being heavy.
Our chef, Crystal Birkemeier, has been providing personal chef and catering services for seven years but has been in the industry for 10 years. She graduated with honors from California Culinary Academy, a Cordon Bleu program.
Crystal has worked at various restaurants throughout the Monterey Peninsula. She was a sous chef and pastry chef at The Sardine Factory and she worked at Pebble Beach Resort Club XIX, Sticks and Roy’s.
