Why should you come to The Sandpoint Farmers Market every Wednesday? Whole grain breads from freshly milled flour. New York style bagels that are great! Cookies, muffins, and cinnamon rolls that are healthy and tasty! No GMOs here. Come over and taste the difference. As you can see, I am here in Sandpoint only on Wednesday at the Farmers Market in Farmin Park. If you are not too far, I will deliver to you. I also come to Sandpoint every other Wednesday morning and deliver to regular customers and where I am invited to go.

History

Established in 2009.

Years ago… back in 1984… I was working at the China Lake Naval Weapons Center in the Mojave desert. During our lunch breaks I had noticed an older gentleman that always had great looking whole wheat bread.

One day he gave me a loaf of bread and it was really good. I asked him the following day where I could buy it, and he looked at me and said, «You can’t. If you want it, you have to make it yourself.»

He taught me how to make it and I have been baking my own bread ever since. In over 20 years, I have not changed anything. It tastes just as good now as then.

I grind (mill) whole wheat berries into flour right before making the dough. It could not be any fresher than it is. People over the years have asked me to sell them this bread, and now I am. I make each loaf by hand.

Today, I am baking lots of it. Try it… you’ll love it! Also… Since I grew up on Long Island, New York… I knew sooner or later I had to make bagels. Now I am.

Glenn is a vegetarian. He loves great tasting food and wants the food to be healthy for his body too. All the ingredients he uses are the best quality. He uses no HFC or GMO ingredients. He enjoys talking with people about diet and health because most health problems are from our eating habits.
