Not a real sprint store and the service reflects it. Poor service, phones were loaded innapropriately and now I am working with Samsung at BestBuy to fix their problem.

got a samsung galaxy s5 in august. Traded in my s4. i was told that i had to spend the majority of the buyback money on accessories. recently the car charger i got from this store failed. took it in for replacement and was told they only had 14 day warranty through the store. And I would have to go through the manufacturer. No markings on the charger and they couldnt even tell me who to contact for replacement as the wire were breaking at end that plugs in phone. I asked to talk to manager which was standing right there. He said that i would have to purchase a new charger. They are selling inferior accessories. Will not go back… will be calling monday to talk to someone else or get a corporate number…
