METICULOUS. That is the best word to describe Jessica’s process. I just had my follow up eyebrow tattoo appointment on Saturday (you will need to book a follow up [2 appts. total], as it takes a while to see how well the pigment takes and for you to assess whether or not you need more ‘strokes’ added after the swelling goes down.
This is something I’ve considered doing for a long time, but I’m so glad I chose to get the work done by Jessica. The first appointment is two hours, and believe me you need two hours; this is where the meticulous (or OCD?) attention to detail sets in. She takes an hour + to measure, compare and adjust as she draws your brows in, before she even starts tattooing. After you and she are both satisfied, she begins the tattooing. She opens new needle kits for every client, so no used needles. She puts numb cream on your brows first, but let me warn you, if you are in the ‘fun’ part of your cycle, I’d wait a week. My first session wasn’t particularly painful, the second, at the end of my cycle — BIG difference, tolerable, but def more intense.
Besides being so talented, concerned and meticulous, Jessica is truly a lovely person. Without a doubt, she’s the only person I’d want to stick a needle repeatedly in my face ;)

I’ve had both my eyebrows and the eye liner done by Jessica. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time. Since having the permanent eye liner applied to my top lids, I’ve noticed my eye pop and look more vibrant.

Love my new brows! So many compliments and they were so easy! I got my eye liner first, and couldn’t believe how great it was to not have to apply liner at 6 am and have it still there after a long day! I haven’t been to the new location yet, but as soon as I get a day off I’m coming in for a massage!!!

Jessica really cares about the outcome of her work and has followed up with me consistently to see how my cosmetic tattoo looks. I’ve had two sessions so far and the difference is amazing (she is correcting previous botched tattoo). Her new place is clean and comfortable and private so that is nice as well. I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a permanent cosmetic enhancement.

I got my eyebrows done by Jessica. I love love love them, They look so beautiful, soft and very natural. I always get complimantes on them. she was very professional and made me feel so relaxed. I was pretty nervous about getting the proceedure, but it didnt hurt and she made my eyebrows look perfect. If your looking for permanent makeup I would highly recommend Jessica and lets be honest «THIS IS YOUR FACE» & because it was «MY» face & its permanent I would trust no one else!!!

I’m writing this review as a consumer who is quite hard to please. Especially when it comes to the beauty industry-​But I found Jessica to be a treasure. She’s very detail oriented, and educated. Her customer service and level of professionalism and expertise are definitely worth the expense. We consulted about skin sensitivity, the healing process, the color that is used and why it is ideal, and the look I wanted to achieve before my session. Not to mention the luxury of not having to apply make up daily.
I wanted permanent makeup because as I age I have been losing hair in my right eyebrow, and some of the color in my lips causing them to look quite thin. Jessica took the time to draw my brows on, let me inspect them, worked with my feedback, she made them even, And filled them in. Then we did my lip liner. I can’t tell you how natural my lips look. They just look naturally perfect and pink! I was a little nervous about the tattoo gun, so she hand pressed the ink in. When I went back six weeks later for my touch up, she perfected my brows and texturized the appearance. And was able to use the tattoo gun (which was much faster). As for my eyebrows– I GET COMPLIMENTED ON THEM ALL THE TIME. The color is so nice that even the aethetitian that does my waxing has commented on how perfect my brows are. I’m the only person that knows my secret about my lips but believe me, they look perfect too (she did some scar correction on the left side) I wish I could post photos here. The difference is amazing.
I am currently in the process of getting my eyeliner done. And I definitely don’t think I would trust anyone but Jessica to do this.
