Stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. Two bedrooms, full kitchen, two bathrooms, living room. At check in we were given a unit that had not been cleaned. Sticky spill on kitchen floor, etc. the front desk gave us another unit in a building that was under renovation. We were the first to stay there since it had been updated. Unfortunately, it wasn’t ready for occupants. No light bulbs, TV didn’t work, very limited hot water. The staff went far and beyond to try and fix everything. The front desk employee came over with light bulbs and sent over a security guard to try and fix the TV. However, being Thanksgiving, we we not able to get the TV fixed till Friday evening. The hotel gave us one night free to compensate and the staff was very courteous. Overall, the units need a little more attention but with some care, it can be a good option for an extended stay. One thing that I didn’t like was the toilet seats were not the correct size or shape for the existing toilets. I believe the old original toilets were being used and new seats were installed over them but, the toilet is an awkward rectangle shape and the seats, oval. I also had to clean the bathrooms and surfaces which were dirty with construction dust and workman’s boot footprints.
