Do not join this gym! The salesperson told me that if you move 25 miles away from this gym at this location, I can quit anytime so after I moved 25 miles from this location I asked them to cancel my membership but they did not want to cancel because I moved not too far from the gym in Sugarloaf. They never informed me that I have to move 25 miles from all their gym. They also forged my signature on the contract and emailed me, but I did not sign the actual contract on paper so I didn’t read the contract that’s why I got stuck paying all 2 years of the fees without going at all.

Been a member for 5 years and actually use my membership EVERYDAY so the $ 19/​month is worth it. Over the years I’ve seen all of the changes from staff to management to hours. None of that has ever bothered me because I go there to workout and leave. That’s it. All of the staff is very friendly. I prefer this gym because it’s much less crowded and has way more equipment than other gyms. And it’s not a complete zoo at 5pm. All the years I’ve been coming here, I’ve never seen the machines not in excellent condition nor have I ever had to wait for a machine, which by the way, are in MUCH better shape (and newer) than the competing gym, so not sure what other reviews are talking about in that regard (I visit the other gyms with my BF so I see the difference). As far as hours, they now have ²⁴⁄₇ access cards for members, which allows you to access the gym outside of normal hours. This gym doesn’t have the bells and whistles of the average chain gym (kids area, spin, pool, hot tub, basketball courts, etc) but if you are a weight room fanatic this place is for you!!! (I’ve never taken the classes so can’t provide much insight there) Two thumbs up from me!

I attended an event and didn’t use equipment, but I did take a tour with the manager and thought it was great. Lots of machines, not crowded (this was at 6 pm) and affordable. I’d consider joining if they opened a location in my city.

The gym itself is fine, but some of the equipment is quite old. The management leaves much to be desired. I had to leave due to my job relocating me, and it’s taken two months and numerous phone calls to cancel my membership due to an admitted mistake on their part (they didn’t cancel it on the day that they stated on the cancellation request). No gym is worth this hassle.

Wonderful gym! Was a member for 2 years and the only reason I ended my membership was because I moved. Great variety of equipment and little or no wait depending on the time of day. I lost 60 lbs as a member of this gym. The only downside is that they are closed on Sundays.

This WAS my favorite gym … a year ago. Now that they have completely replaced the staff (even the cleaning crew and trainers) and changed up the class schedule I probably won’t renew my membership at the end of the year. This is the second or third time they have replaced the entire staff sine I joined a couple years ago and this time the changes are for the worse. All of the classes are geared towards «older» crowds too, the only pump up class left is the one boot camp class they have left. The old staff was familiar, friendlier and more qualified then the new one. I don’t even get a «hello» or «welcome» when I walk in the front door and there are 10 staff people standing around. It is clean and always full of a 60+ crowd now that they’ve changed management. Seriously disappointed that what was once my favorite small-​feel gym with familiar faces and awesome classes is now uninviting and drab.

I visited this gym several months ago to try out the Zumba classes. I used a week free trial and attended two classes. The instructors were good and the class had a nice mix of fitness levels. The reason I did not return was because the sound system was down one day and the person that handled my week free trial was not professional in my opinion. I missed his phone call to confirm the trial and he was definitely offended as I could tell when we met. He asked if I was serious. Ummm… yes. There was another person at the desk that was pleasant and said to look over him. I guess he’s just like that. Nothing on the website said that I had to confirm on the phone too. I still recommend this gym for anyone who isn’t in the beastmode crowd that you get at LA Fitness. The Zumba music was great. The room was spacious. The equipment was nice too. I just need for the sound to work at all times since my work out days are limited.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! !!! unless you want to pay membership fees for life. They will not let you cancel. The management are thieves. I guessthe management thinks ripping off their customers is a good business strategy.

Cheap gym cheap equipment … The sauna never works and it’s just a bunch of old folks so the classes are horrible !

Worst club to deal with if you try to quit. I would suggest trying another club. There yearly enhancement fee is ridiculous. They quote one price when you join and then after you join you find out its not true. You are unable to go back to the salesman who sold you the membership because they already quit.

I LOVE LOVE this gym. I’ve been a member at a wide variety of chain and non-​chain gyms over the years in multiple cities and this gym goes above and beyond especially for the price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is plenty of new equipment so I’ve never had to wait for a machine. The golden nugget about this gym are the classes. The Zumba instructor Friday at 6:35pm is amazing! I’m a runner so it takes a lot to get my heart rate up and Zumba doesn’t always cut it, but the Friday instructor knows how to do it! Another highlight is the Boot Camp class Wednesday and Friday at 5:30pm with Toby (Plus, he has a new class starting Saturday mornings!). He is absolutely fantastic!

A lot of machines and weights, friendly helpful staff, & a great variety of classes. I’ve been going here for a year and a half and I LOVE the evening and Saturday Zumba classes (Mon, Wed, Fri @6:35pm, Sat@11:35am). There are other zumba classes during the day, Group Power (weights), kickboxing, a great bootcamp (w/​Toby), spinning, & some others. You get access to all of this for under $ 30. LOVE that!

Ask questions to optimize your membership. Attracted by the $ 10/​month sign out front, I stopped in. I find these folks to be very flexible about memberships. I learned that by paying $ 20/​month I was able to use other Just Fitness locations. The Roswell location on Alpharetta Hwy is slightly better than the Sandy Springs location. Also, the yoga class at Sandy Springs with Andres on Monday morning is great! I give that class 5 stars. Lastly, Gary Young is a great trainer.
Like another reviewer said, there are other fees along the way like enhancement fees which are $ 48 once per year.

Not a bad gym for the price, lots of new equipment which is awesome. The staff are friendly and usually say hi. The contact is month to month, which is nice.

So far, this gym is very new. It is a former Gold’s Gym. But classes are late starting, and things are very disorganized. The gym has been closed for renovations two separate weekends (once for four days). Friday the manager said I should go to their sister a gym in Roswell to workout this weekend. So I drove to Roswell and it was closed too. Then I called the Alpharetta gym and spoke to a guy named Clay who works there. I asked him to have the owner call me. He said he could not do that. So there’s part of the story on customer service. You can’t call corporate headquarters because Clay said there is no corporate headquarters, and he would not let me speak with anyone in charge. I’ll let you know more as I experience the gym.
