Peachtree Bikes has been serving the Atlanta cycling community since 1969… first in Buckhead and then additionally, in Sandy Springs and Palmetto, Georgia at the Serenbe community. Peachtree Bikes takes pride in meeting the needs of all cyclists — from adults who like to go fast to kiddos on run bikes. We offer a wide range of bike brands — from entry level hybrids to competitive racing machines — and all the accessories a rider could possibly need. And, if you’ve got a bike that needs some love, we can do that too. All locations offer full service repair shops!

History

Established in 1969.

Peachtree Bikes began as a small local bike shop in 1969 — serving the Buckhead community out of the Garden Hills shopping center. The current owners purchased the business in 2006 and expanded the Buckhead location as well as opened two additional locations — in Sandy Springs and the Serenbe community in Palmetto, Georgia.

Business Owner

Mike has worked in the bicycle industry since he was a young’un — first in stores as a tech, salesman and then manager and then as an industry rep and now back in the stores as an owner. His love for cycling fuels his passion for the business. He gets as much of a kick out of putting a toddler on a run-​bike as he does selling an avid racer his newest shredding machine. If you want to ride, he wants to help you do it!
