I brought in a phone with a cracked screen. They charged me $ 149 to fix it (!). Except they put the screen on in such a way that afterward I often had to squeeze the phone together with one hand to get the screen to respond with the other hand. AND they damaged the screen underneath the glass screen!!! So now I have to just get a new phone. Or live with a constant shadow on my pictures.
Update: So I went back a third time, to give it one more chance for the issue to be resolved. There were some polite suggestions that perhaps the issue was my fault. They said they would fix the damage (that they caused!!) for only an additional $ 79. But after further discussion, they agreed to fix it no charge. So… I don’t know. Seems to be working fine now. After all the hassle, they ultimately made it right.

I came to this place 5 month ago to replace my iPhone touch screen that was broken.
I paid 99 $ for that and what i got back is a new screen that was sealed very poorly which caused the LCD screen that is under the touch screen to break.
The quality of their work is not profesional and the quality of service is very bad.
I highly recommend you to stay back of this place.

I came her to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed about a month ago because I shattered it. Well their «repair» of my phone is subpar. The screen is off centered so the home button get caught under the screen and recently I noticed what appeared to be the screen being off centered is that the screen was not properly attached. I can now pretty much lift the entire screen off my phone. Absolutely ridiculous! There are too many places to get your phone repaired to consider using this place. I’m very disappointed.
Just an update. Today the entire screen fell off. Now I have to find someone who can hopefully reattach the screen and not charge me for a totally new replacement.

This is the worst costumer sevice I have ever received. As a person of Indian descent, I make a point to support businesses owned by Indian people so it pains me to write this review. To make a long story ahort, they never fixed a broken power button and then the owner had the nerve to call me a liar to my fave, and say the button was never broken. I was willing to pay extra, but the arrogant, rude owner made us take our business elsewhere. Someone will respond to this review saying all the right things, but be warned: it’s empty words. They 100% do not care about being honest or customer service. Who calls their customer a liar? Disgusting.

I cracked the screen on Samsung Galaxy S4 Active and they were the best price in town to get it fixed. Wonderful, courteous and prompt service, and they even lent me a loaner phone for a day while they got the part ordered and replaced. Also they gave me a free screen protector when they gave it back to me as good as new. I too, have had bad experiences in other places where it comes back with things broken that weren’t broken (lock button, smudges on camera lens) when I dropped it off, requiring me to go back and wait again. These people are honest and do a great, neat job.

This place is fantastic. If you have any computer needs or if you have an iPhone that is locked, cracked, or just needs repair you will be amazed at the service you get at this place. They are honest affordable fast and trustworthy. The owners name is Kazim and ask for him personally but anyone there is really fantastic.

I bought a Groupon deal to fix a broken corner on an old iPhone 3GS that I’d been using as a iPod. I dropped the 3GS off on Wednesday without an appointment. I told them I was fine with leaving it, and they could get to it as soon as they had the time. I was told that it should be ready by Thursday. I came by Friday afternoon. After waiting 15 minutes I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I knew at this point that they must have forgotten about it. Apparently the phone was lost in the back. If I had looked at reviews prior to purchasing the Groupon i probably wouldn’t have bothered. I expect things to be ready when I’m told. Specially when I’ve waited and extra day before picking it up.

I went to this place today and I was very apprehensive because of the reviews. But, I had a GREAT experience! They were nice and they finished in 45 minutes even though they had 2 phones ahead of me. Also, it’s in a great area to wait in since it’s located in a huge strip mall.
My phone looks as good as new! And when they finished they gave me a screen protector for free! They totally get 5 stars from me! Hopefully this helps!

I would not recommend this place at all to nobody. They do not operate how they say or nothing. I bought a coupon on living social to fix a screen and the still charged me extra on top to fix it. Even thou I called the day before to ask how much it was to fix it. They say $ 50, bought the living social for $ 45 and then still came in a had to pay $ 35 on too because he said the home button was messed up.
Phone was in perfect condition when I brought it in. Let’s see when I get home. Do not waste your money here.
Bad customer service. Sorry to give a bad review on someone’s business but the truth needs to be told.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This guy is a joke and a con artist. I would not, could not refer anyone under any circumstances to this place. We brought our working iphone in and asked if he would replace the battery. Should take 15 minutes and $ 40. A long 60 minutes later after finding him in the back, the phone is broken and he said he would have another guy look at it in 4 days. 4 days later, that guy never came to work and I only found this out by walking into the store again! Gives me a used refurbished phone and says he wants to keep mine, since it’s only fair. Crazy man! Unbelievable how he is still in business. If you do business with this crook, you do so with eyes wide open.

AT&T messed up my phone trying to fix a simple procedure of fixing the lock button. They fixed the button but nicked the screen and made my phone super sensitive! I didnt wanna take it back to ATT just in case they messed sonething else up so I brought it here and thought I would give this place a try. Staff was very friendly and fixed it in no time at all. Will def go back again!

I took my iPhone to We Can Fix It because I cracked my screen. They said it would take about an hour to fix and they would call me (on another number I gave them) when it was ready. After not hearing from them for two hours I called to see what the status was. The phone was ready! Nice of them to call and let me know…
When I arrived to pick up my phone the lock/​power button no longer worked. They wanted to charge me an additional $ 69 to fix this. They never warned me about this potentially happening as a result of replacing the screen. After arguing with the sales associate for 15 minutes he finally said he would fix it for $ 25. I agreed. After paying $ 75 for the new screen and $ 25 to fix the power button, and wasting two hours of my time, I would have much rather cashed in on my insurance policy and gotten a brand new phone for nearly the same price. I would not recommend We Can Fix It and I would not trust these people to work with your phone!
