My car stalled on the road so I called these guys. They asked me to describe the symptoms the car was having, and they suggested that I check a couple things. I appreciate the fact that they gave me an answer to fix the problem over the phone and free of charge! A lot of other shops would just tell me to bring it in for diagnostics, and charge me money, and take up my time. I got great vibes from this place, and will definitely trust them in the future with repairs :)

I had an amazing experience with these guys. I highly recommend them. Here’s the story — en route on a road trip, I got off the 15 looking for a dog park and some lunch. My car broke down. It was Friday afternoon at 2:30p. My wife called AAA and I started calling repair shops near bye. I reached the owner on my first call and explained the situation. I had my wife and 3 dogs in my Tahoe and it would not go forward. He came down in his truck and picked us up, and arrived about the same time as the tow truck. He had no problem with us loading the dogs into his truck and he took us up to the shop. He set us up in the waiting room again no problem with the dogs having full run of the place. They stopped what they were doing to look into the problem, and fix it. By this time it was 4:30p Friday afternoon. Most other places would have told me they were closing. They stayed and worked on it and got us back on the road. Thank you again — this is what customer service is all about.
The shop was clean and professional looking, and they did not try to do anything more than what was needed to get us back on the road. Auto repair shops get a bad wrap, but I can assure you my experience was above and beyond.

I and 2 friends have had work done and multiple quotes from Auto Savers. They don’t do bad work, but almost every time, they have recommended more work or parts than necessary (as confirmed by other shops). Plus, they’re usually the most expensive around town. They’re nice and the shop is pretty clean … but I can’t trust them, so I’m not going back.
