Chris Corbin – State Farm Insurance Agent

I inquired online about an insurance quote, I was called shortly after and I came in to meet with them. I walk in and both ladies are talking to customers…1 on the phone and the other has a customer in her office. Neither of them even looked my direction to acknowledge me and give me the «be right with you» indication, I debated just walking out because I just thought the greeting was severely lacking.
The customer leaves the office and I walk into the ladies office on my own because she never says «can I help you» or anything. I explain that I submitted some information online and I received a phone call to come it. She isn’t listening to me, she is trying to hear the phone conversation the other lady is on. She says «oh sorry, I was trying to listen to see if she was about to get off the phone.» She gets up and walks right past me when the other lady is off the phone and says to the other lady «you have someone here to see you.» The other lady (that just got off the phone) sighs loudly… like an «ugghhhh» sound. I say out loud «well, that doesn’t sound very welcoming»…NO REPLY!
The lady that finally helped me, reluctantly… had to move her cell phone out of the way after checking it and them «helped me». After sniffing every five seconds during my interaction with her the price was a lot more than I am currently paying. Even if they beat the other price. I was so put off by the lack of customer service and professionalism I would never have given them my business. Ever!

Jim is my insurance man and as far as insurance goes he is really fair. His prices are very competative and i found him cheaper than the dumb gecko. Jim also has cool little free things with the state farm logo like theold fashion balsa wood gliders for free in his office and the office lady is very nice
